If this is how they handle blocking the driveway of a neighbor when at a job, I can't imagine how they would handle a job. After dealing with shady sales tactics from Lowes and a few other vendors, I was pleasantly surprised when the Owner Rich came down from Salem, NH to personally review my needs. He explained that the 8K was more than enough for me. Now, keep in mind that the Lowe's rep suggested a 14kw, go figure. Rich's proposal was all inclusive and very straightforward. He offered financing through Generac but I ended up using personal finances. All it took was a 50% deposit and the work was scheduled. Rich showed up early on the install date as scheduled. My town was unique in that they required a building permit, so that stalled the process, but Rich was there throughout the entire process. There was one hiccup with the gas guy being behind, but once he installed the gas lines, it was good to go. The personal touch by Rich is what sets Alpine electrical services apart from all of the other dealers. My weekly generator exercise hasn't been working properly, so Rich has been very responsive in ensuring that it's working as promised.
