Chris arrived on time (a big plus for me). He gave us excellent advice, a true expert. They coordinated installation at my convenience. Manny and Dan installed the units -again - arrived on-time. They said 7AM - and they were unpacking their equipment by 6:55. Both of them were so nice and friendly. Their work was clean and even suggested wrapping the units since the hardwood floors were going to be refinished the next day. Water would drip slowly even when shower was off. Seabrook has extremely hard water. I could not get what I needed to replace out, let alone broke the handle off trying to get it off as well. Couldn't turn the water back on to my house because from what I had done, water was squirting out. So water shut off to house on a Friday evening. Called the big local companies to get someone out ASAP. Hard to live with no water at all. No one could get out until Monday. $1000 to get someone out from either of the companies as this was considered 24 hour emergency service Searched in Yelp and came across this company. Talked directly to a man named Charlie. He listened to my explanation and came out early the next morning with parts he knew he would need to fix the issue. After a few hours, Mr. Laudani called back and in thirty minutes, his son came over, checked the hot water heater, and replaced the circulator vent. Honest, capable and reasonable.
