They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.

I exacerbated a tiny drip in my master bathroom toilet into a small stream, flooding the bathroom, and sending water through the ceiling (inadvertently setting off smoke detectors!). Thankfully, I was able to contain the flood and shut the water off, but I knew I was out of my element. Having mitigated the emergency, I quickly scheduled my appointment with Putman & Sons for the following Monday. To my surprise, Jeff arrived a half-hour early after I received both a text and call from the main office, and a call from Jeff himself. This was easily the most communicative a contractor has ever been with me. Jeff was polite and professional, quickly laying out his strategy for solving the problem while I hammered him with every plumbing question on my mind (not just toilet-related). In about an hour, he had fixed the original leak, resealed the toilet, and satisfied my plumbing curiosities. In total, the cost was ~$200, which was perfectly reasonable, in my opinion, especially considering I think the whole ordeal took closer to an hour and 15 minutes. Thanks for a great experience!
