I contacted the company again on Sunday and was instructed to reset the furnace and told a technician would return Monday. The reset did not fix the problem, and I never received any follow-up calls or service afterward. As a result, I had to hire a separate company to resolve the issue. I later requested a refund but was only issued a partial credit for a humidifier pad. My furnace was never properly repaired, and the lack of follow-up or accountability after I had already reached out multiple times is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the incomplete service and poor communication.
