We brought him to country side, WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! The doctor is very rude and inconsiderate, he comes in the room and doesn't even say hello or ask for my dogs name or anything. Just gives him the needle and walks out!! Doesn't say ONE WORD! He had blood all over his shirt. And on top of all that, HE FORGOT FOR 2 WEEKS TO SEND MY DOG OUT TO BE CREMATED!!! We have to go 5 weeks without having his ashes back! How horrid of an experience! Never again would I take an animal here or ever recommend Paul Deal or this dump! He didn't have any problem taking my money or lying to me saying he was picked up but when we called the crematory they said countryside told them they didn't have any animals to be picked up!

There are times we have had to take our dogs closer to home, and we just see a complete difference. Dr. Ben is always patient, knowledgeable and professional with all of our many questions (especially since it's been 14 years since we had a puppy). We never feel rushed, confused, (or pressed upon to add services as I see in October's review). This is simply not the case with Hillside. Their staff is pleasant, efficient, extremely caring, while also being knowledgeable & professional. I've never met anyone at Hillside that gave us less than excellent & exemplary customer service.
