The Honey Hot Sop was delicious. It had a sweet sauce, sweet yet rich buttery cheese, nice char, yummy soppressata and then a spicy peppery kick that punched you in the face. I had a fresh craft hazy IPA (I'm sorry the name escapes me) that was on tap to enjoy with that wonderful hot sop pizza.
