Great service, great food. The fries were crispy with a hint of truffle oil and parm cheese with a side of aoli for dipping. A perfect starter in my book. The pizzas were thin, cooked well and served scalding hot. The crust has the right amount of chew and char to get you coming back for more. The simplicity of the ingredients let's you know it's fresh and made to order. This place is great if you have a hankering for some pizza, cheese steaks, fries or even a nice salad or some ricotta spread. We've never had a bad meal here. Finally made it to Itri on a Monday when the borough was a ghost town. Usually when I walk by they are packed with wait times. Their bar seating is limited, and every time I stop in, it's full. They have two different indoor seating rooms. We sat in the bar area dining room that has a half dozen or so tables. I liked the exposed brick look of the bar area with tasteful (not cluttered) wall decorations. You can also sit out front along the sidewalk or in a small alley out back by the kitchen. Menu wise ... I have to say I've never seen MP (market price) next to wings. Long gone are the days of ten cent or quarter wings my friends! They did have a dollar wing special on that day, so we put in for an order of Ernie's Wings - house-made buffalo sauce. buttermilk ranch. sesame seeds. scallions. wood-fired. They were fresh, a decent size and just average. The sauce flavor was adequate. I wouldn't repeat. We put in orders for two pizzas (one half and one pepp) $15 and the other was what I came for a Honey Hot Sop - red sauce. shredded mozzarella. fresh mozzarella. soppressata. hot honey. grana padano $17. The pizzas came out hot and extremely fast. The half plain, half pepp was typical. Nothing bad, nothing great with a nice char, tasty cheese and a slightly sweet/lightly seasoned sauce. The Honey Hot Sop was delicious. It had a sweet sauce, sweet yet rich buttery cheese, nice char, yummy soppressata and then a spicy peppery kick that punched you in the face. We also ordered plain fries. They were crunchy with almost a hollow core. Not a fan. I had a fresh craft hazy IPA (I'm sorry the name escapes me) that was on tap to enjoy with that wonderful hot sop pizza. They have a couple of sandwiches I'd love to try like the Chicken Fra Diablo - chicken cutlet. sharp provolone. long hot peppers. pomodoro sauce. served on a seeded roll and a cheesesteak. Let us know food was made fresh to order. Now the food. My wife the vodka sauce pizza. It was light and had a ton of flavor. But the best meal belonged to me and this came as a surprise. Back for at least the 3rd time! From the pizzas ( the mushroom one is amazing) to the Burger with arugula and special sauce to the Wraps and cheese steaks, there hasn't been a miss! There seems to be at least 4 beers on tap each time we've been here as well as bottled and it's becoming apparent that reservations are needed, especially on the weekends. I read all the good reviews before I went. I would recommend looking at the menu first - it is a big eclectic. The pizza is very thin - nothing special (I am a fan of thicker pizza coming from Chicago). The hamburger was tasty but the portions are small and a bit pricey for the area. read more

Detroit style is hard to find but you are lucky if you find yourself here. Excellent drinks as well with great service. Get the staple Stanhatten named after the owner's late grandfather (a great human being). Wings are great as are the truffle fries. I really hate to write this review, but felt compelled since Itri declined to take the price of the inedible chicken parm cutlet off the bill. I ordered a pizza after taking one bite of the chicken. To be fair, the pizza was good. Ok, so beginning at the reservation stage: I was told that 5 people was difficult to accommodate for the time we wanted to eat because it was a special table and they were very busy, so we had to wait until 7:30. When we arrived at 7:30, the restaurant was half full and the "special" table was just two tables pushed together. I ordered a Black Manhattan, and it was probably the worst manhattan I've ever had. Somehow it tasted like flat Pepsi. Then he chicken cutlet: it looked amazing, came wit homemade buccatini, and from what I can tell from the one bite I had l, the sauce was pretty good. The problem was with the chicken itself. It was either processed chicken or it was cooked incorrectly. It was spongy and had a weird texture. It's a really shame that Itri didn't care enough to simply take this off the bill and let me send it back, especially when I ordered a different dinner. One of my favorite spots for pizza & a drink. They have a great happy hour from 4:00-6:00 & the bar area has a cool vibe. I ate for the first time in the dinning room because we had a larger group. I had the Detroit style pizza with sausage for the first time & it was insanely good. It was smothered in cheese. It definitely can feed several people and we made the mistake of ordering another pizza. I will say the prosciutto and honey pizza was very disappointing. It didn't even taste like prosciutto and looked like ham. The hot soppresatta is way better & we regretted not getting it. The whipped ricotta appetizer with zucchini, tomatoes, and bread was amazing. The house wines are decent for the price. A pizza place. I have eaten pizza all around the world. I have a view on what my fav is. We got a table on short order. It took a while for anyone to come by our table but when our server showed up she was pleasant and friendly. The place is a large area split between where we were seated at a table and then a large area up a few stairs. There were plenty of staff around and service was good. The chicken tenders were so crunchy and delicious. The Detroit style pizza is also very good. They only make 12 of them a day so get them fast. The lighting is so great. It is a very chill vibe. The service and ambiance were good. We ordered the Blushin pizza and the Buffalo Chicken pizza. We asked to add prosciutto to the Blushin, but were told that we could not add anything to the pizza specials. Unfortunate, because the restaurant stood to make more money from us by granting the request. Nonetheless, that pizza was good. The Buffalo Chicken pizza, pictured here, hardly had any buffalo sauce on it. If you are going to name an item after a specific ingredient, then you should at least have a fair and reasonable amount of that item on the product. We had to ask for some buffalo sauce on the side so that we could add it ourselves. How both the cook and the server let this leave the kitchen and be delivered to the table is a major lack of quality control. You can see from looking at other pictures of the same pizza reviewed by others here that they all have different amounts of buffalo on them. As for the bar, my friend had a vodka/soda, which they said was well made. The beer list was disappointingly basic with only one craft beer available, so ended up just having a water. With just a few more offerings on the list, I would have ordered two beers during my time there, so more money lost by the business. read more

To begin with, we were very lucky they accommodated us, which was very nice. On a busy Friday night, you definitely need a reservation for this place because I saw them turning people away. They had very nice outdoor seating. And the inside was very nice, although you are a little close to each guest as the space is kind of small. We started with Brussels sprouts for an appetizer. They were wonderful. Fresh, crisp, with a sweet and tangy coating. Perfect! I had a small house salad, which was very reasonable and extremely fresh. The perfect size. We then ordered a calzone. The calzone was ok, but it was a little doughy. It's not a traditional pizza parlor calzone. It was a little soft. I did order the Detroit style, special pizza that has a limited quantity each night. I got it with sausage. I thought it was spectacular. It was so large. We ended up taking a lot of it home and having it the next day. our server Gabby was very friendly, and the service overall was extremely fast and very professional. Would we come back? Definitely. Having walked by many times, we finally stopped in for lunch on a rainy Sunday afternoon! We were seated quickly although the restaurant was almost totally full! The bar area is charming with exposed brick and decorative mirrors! Downtown Bristol is a quaint area overlooking the Bristol Wharf which I never expected such a lovely place to exist here. It was my first time trying this pizza place since I was meeting up with my friend. Can only dine outside with a limited menu. We ordered the Margherita pizza ($11) and Parmesan truffle fries ($9). My husband and I love Itri! We randomly came here one night while we were in the Bristol area a few years ago and it's now in our staple date night spots. The pizza is seriously good. I try to tell myself to get something new every time but I always end up ordering the Buffalo Chicken. It's just too good. We also love the truffle fries. Highly recommend! The only other time we've been to Itri was in Feb 2020. It was as good as I remembered it. They do have outdoor tables although it was rainy so we were able to eat inside in their Halloween decorated bar area. The crowd was energetic but we were able to hear our dinner companions. There's street parking as well as a municipal lot in the back. I haven't had Brussels sprouts since I was forced to as a child but the group wanted them. I tried them and had several helpings because they were delicious. We also had the shroom pizza, hot honey pizza, bolognese, and calzone. Everything was delicious. We did have some pizza to take home otherwise everything was devoured. The service was good. Our server was masked. Looking forward to going back again. Reservations are a must because it's a smaller place so it's not easy to just walk in. Every table was booked while we were there. read more

The location and restaurant itself is perfect for the area. A very cute, modern and enjoyable atmosphere. If you are looking for a nice location this is it... if you are looking for the best food, well I'm not sure this is it. There was a large group gathering for a birthday. This is a top favorite for them but in my opinion, everything lacked flavors but the truffle fries (which are flavor themselves). We started at the table with wings, fried mozzarella, truffle fries and ceaser salads. The wings were rubbery... the mozzarella was average but slightly better then most because they were not regular stick shaped (yay). The ceaser dressing also lacked significant flavor, staring minimal dressing. We then ordered 4 pizzas, regular, white, buffalo chicken and their special Philly Jawn. Again, all pizzas totally lacked flavor and were not over the top good. I think we can find much better in that immediate area. Overall my experience was mediocre and Service and food totally lacked. Buffalo wings were perfectly crisp very spicy that buttermilk ranch came in handy wasn't a big fan of the black sesame seeds or poppies whatever is on top. Our deep dish was extremely burned we just ate around it not the biggest deal breaker. Didn't want to bother staff with taking it back. Creme brûlée was solid too.
