I love CocoWalk because it offers so many food options all in one place. It does get really packed at times, which can be a bit overwhelming especially with all the young kids who tend to hang out and walk around, but the variety of restaurants makes it worth it. There's something for everyone and the dining options are amazing. Plus, there's a parking garage, which is always convenient. My faves ares Mister 01 and Sushi Garage. There is also a Salt n' Straw nearby for dessert!

Gorgeous spot to shop and eat! A good selection and variety of shops and restaurants and very aesthetically pleasing location. Easy to walk around and they decorate for the holidays.

I haven't been to coco walk in years and I am quite happy about that. It has completely changed just like everywhere else in Miami. On a Saturday I came for a yelp elite perk to not find any parking around and coco walk advertising is misleading as I thought it would be cheaper however for the half hour I was there it was a flat rate or $16!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meanwhile coco walk looks very clean and new and all you see is women in their Lululemon. There was a yoga class going on. After they all went to for their fancy coffees too, luckily mine was free as I cannot maintain a lifestyle like this. I honestly don't know how people do it. The current economy is killing me meanwhile people are smiling in Lululemon paying $16 parking and I can only realize I am ending up on the wrong side of the gap between rich and poor. Miami is not for the poor anymore thanks to the New York and Californian influence combined with bidenomics.

Boy has this place changed! Not sure if for better or worse, specially when I have so many memories here. The parking garage is always a good option, even if you are going to nearby places, since parking is a bit of a nightmare around this area. Some restaurants looked quite chic, perhaps a bit fancy. It's a bit of a drive for me but maybe I'll come by again on a day I have more time.

New. Modern. CocoWalk! I haven't been here in years and to see the wonderful modifications to this whole shopping center is awesome! Beautiful area to take pictures and eat at various restaurants. Very dog friendly so don't be afraid to bring your pups ^.^ There is a parking garage right next to Cocowalk or parallel parking all over the area.

Ah the ever-evolving Coco Walk. The center. The heart of the grove. It's the meeting point. They really re-did the place well. Great new restaurants and shops. Theater, School of Rock, Planta, pizza, sushi.. Whatcha want?

This is a small open mall with great restaurants and a movie theater. The place looks great after going through some renovations. Very modern and a great place to walk on weekdays or weekends. Parking is a bit confusing and tight but there is plenty of others parking lots in the area.

    Lots of outdoor seating

The CocoWalk Shopping Center is in the heart of Coconut Grove. The location is great!! I decided to walk through before heading to happy hour. It was cool but none of the shops really caught my eye. There are a few retail shops and restaurants operating. Some other shops will be opening in 2022. Lots of outdoor seating. There's even a movie theater on the second level as well as a gym. This is definitely an ideal spot to grab dinner, catch a movie or a cocktail. If you happen to be visiting from out of town, I would checkout the CocoWalk...It's the tourist thing to do!

The CocoWalk Parking Garage is adjacent to the shopping center with shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove. We were there during the weekday. Parking rates are $4 for the first two hours, $8 for two to four hours. The weekend is $10 for the day.

Our next food adventure take us to The CocoWalk shopping center located in the heart of Coconut Grove. The place looks modern and with a new structure after a complete renovation and the location is perfect. With different retail stores, a completely remodeled cinema and a gymnasium, it is the perfect place to spend time with the family or watch a movie or share a good coffee, ice cream or a meal in a restaurant. Today for our new food adventure we chose (Plant Queen) Vegan Cuisine. High recommend place to spend the day with the family.

Well the newly anticipated shopping center is now officially open. I came today for a look around. There are still a lot of vacant stores, but now that covid is getting better under control I am sure they will start to fill up. The design is new, sleek and better in keeping with what Coconut Grove is trying to do, than the old hideous concrete eyesore that was there before, for sure! They have elevators, tables and chairs dotted around, a couple of restaurants, such as Ole 01 and Planta, a gym is also housed there on the third floor.

Very cool find. Great spot to walk around inclusive of bakeries, mid to upscale restaurants and very stylish. It's a little like wynwood meets design district.

They tore most of it down.

The original Coco Walk was built in 1990 actually had the year on the front fascade. I loved that Cocowalk great restaurants including Cheesecake Factory and boutiques. A few years ago it was defunct and looking like it was going condo. So fast forward to yesterday and I passed by and was surprised it was torn down just to be rebuilt into a smaller version of the original. Less shops and restaurants I see a Mister 01 that also has locations in Downtown Miami. Nothing else really looked particularly interesting to come back. They seemed to have a movie theatre towards the back of the plaza, same as the prior Cocowalk just a different brand. Truly don't understand why you would tear down and rebuild something to make it even less exciting? The panther fountain out front was pretty.

I did see a restaurant, Starbucks, and a boba shop that I visited. I visited several stores during my trip, and overall, the service was friendly and welcoming. Dior stood out in particular, as the staff were attentive, offered samples, and created a more engaging shopping experience. The other stores I visited were also pleasant and accommodating. The mall offers great dining options along with beautiful views, and it is always lively. Tourists are often seen taking photos on the skybridge near Victoria's Secret, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. One of the most convenient features is the free Metromover, which has a stop directly at Brickell City Centre. This makes it easy to park farther away and avoid high parking costs. For those who live nearby, walking is also a great option. The open air but covered design gives the mall a modern outdoor feel while still providing comfort and a sense of safety, which is very important. In addition to shopping, there is a movie theater, an escape room, indoor golf, and other entertainment options. We stopped for a bite to eat at The Henry. Our server, Alex was attentive and provided great service. What was once a quiet space focused mainly on ultra luxury brands has transformed into a lively, well rounded destination with something for everyone.

I've been coming here since the days when Howard Austin Feld had his shop here, when you could still park on the street and the crowd felt more local than curated. Back then, it was quirky galleries, mom-and-pop shops, and artists setting up easels by the fountains. History matters here. Originally designed in the 1910s by Carl Fisher (the same guy who basically invented Miami Beach), it was later reimagined in the 1950s by Morris Lapidus, the legendary architect behind the Fontainebleau. He turned Lincoln Road into a pedestrian mall--a radical idea at the time--that gave Miami Beach its own open-air Broadway. For decades, it was where retirees fed pigeons, musicians played for tips, and snowbirds people-watched under the palms. Today? It's glossier. Trendy flagship stores, outdoor cafés charging $9 for a latte, and enough selfie sticks to arm a small militia. The pigeons have been replaced by pickup artists--guys working the crowd like it's spring break year-round, angling for phone numbers from beautiful women in sundresses. Depending on your vibe, it's either comedy gold or background noise. But here's the truth: Lincoln Road is still Lincoln Road. The fountains still splash, the architecture still hums with mid-century glamour, and the people-watching is world-class. From models strutting past with shopping bags to a family of tourists melting under the Miami sun, this strip remains Miami Beach's beating heart.
