I was thankful that Lilian was able to provide service on Sunday, which is when they're usually closed. But I ended up having to reclean 75% of what was done so it feels like it wasn't worth the money or time waiting around. The floor was still dirty so it wasn't cleaned well. After the cleaners left, I busted out some new slippers and the bottom of them turned dirty. When I decided to steam mop afterwards, I had to change out the pads a few times as it turned dark from not being cleaned. I also noticed the large sliding glass doors leading to the backyard had streaks. There was a window that got missed above the sink and so it was cleaned haphazardly at the end. When they left I noticed there was streaks on the window. I had asked for a door to be wiped cause it was visibly dirty and one of the cleaners proceed to wipe it. Then she asked me if it was okay. I said okay bc I had given up at that point as I saw she just moved the dirt around and didn't clean it at all :').

With a recent visit, I was astounded by how clean the floors, countertops, and bathrooms turned out. They were also surprisingly thorough in also cleaning outdoor spaces, appliance interiors, doors, light fixtures, and other nooks and crannies that it never would have occurred to me to request they cover. Every M&M colleague is friendly and pleasant. They are a true joy to have in our home, and we are grateful for all they do. I look forward to working with them again whenever we have cleaning needs.

Three cleaners came. Two handled the bathrooms and one handled the kitchen. The ones who cleaned the bathroom did a great job. However, the bathroom smelled deep of chemicals afterwards. The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

Dener and Sara were responsible for the deep cleaning I requested for my home. They were able to do a good four hours of service with my supervision. I realize that the only way I will be satisfied with the work is if I supervise and tell them what needs to be cleaned based on my preference because there were things that were missed and I had to point it out. Since it was our first time getting to know each other, I had to make sure that they understood my preferences. Kitchen was was not clean to my liking and I had informed Hugo that I was not satisfied with the work so he was able to get the job done the second day by sending the staff back to finish what they were supposed to do. I'm really happy that they were able to do this, but would've been better if they already took care of it the first time I'm not removing any Yelp stars because I feel that I am a tougher person to please when it comes to cleaning. lol Overall, I feel that the value was great for the work that they did. They immediately set to work. I had anticipated being home to answer any questions or move anything they needed. I very abruptly had to leave the house to take care of an emergency and the crew didn't miss a beat. They had me leave a key behind and said they would call with any questions. The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). They have ruined our bathroom countertops and faucets by using abrasive bristle brushes. The fixtures are just a couple of months old and now, they're full of scratches. 2. I had explicitly asked for oven cleaning while scheduling the cleaning. But the cleaners didn't get oven cleaning spray on the day of cleaning. 3. Cleaning is below average as well. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that. But when I tried using scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner, I was able to clean it. 4. Stove has greasy spots. Overall, very poor cleaning. Hire them at your own risk.

Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there.
