I have been to the Food Paradise truck many times before, but I have never been to this particular truck. Sometimes it is hard to choose a truck because there are so many to choose from. I usually use Yelp to guide me, or I find the truck with the most people or the longest line. On this particular day, there were a lot of people standing in line at this truck, so I decided to go with this one. I ordered Birria Tacos and one Al Pastor taco. The order took about fifteen minutes. The Al Pastor was delicious. The Al Pastor Taco had a nice balance of smoky, spicy, and sweet, with a savory depth. The only thing I would have added was a little more seasoning to the meat, but it was delicious. The Birria Tacos were packed with flavor and meat. The Birria Tacos were deeply savory, rich, with a crispy, cheesy interior and tender meat. The only complaint would be that they were a little burnt on the outside, and they kept the tacos on too long. The tacos were great, and I look forward to coming to try other items on the menu.

She basically ended up throwing the replacement food at us getting us to leave. When we asked her to give us a receipt she refused since "we didnt pay with card" and indtead just wrote the total on a piece of paper and gave it to us as if we didnt know how much we had already paid. Over all i think this experience was the worst i have ever had. They can't take criticism well and dont do a good job of giving good customer service. I felt nothing but unwelcome here. If i could give it zero stars i would.

I made a beeline for Aurora's Gypsy Café, because I wanted something different and this truck was about as different as could be. Check out the "Psychedelic meets Flea Market" look of their truck. Check out the sweet gypsy costume worn by their very sweet proprietor. And check out their menu for some very, very different types of cuisine. Their website describes their food as "homemade eclectic gypsy food... from North Africa and the Middle East to Eastern Europe and the Native American heritage, we offer dishes inspired by the flavors found on the Spice Road centuries past." So what is gypsy food? Think locally grown exotic meats like Elk, Venison, Wild Boar, Icelandic Lamb, Goat, Galloway and Wagyu Beef, Duck, Quail, and Rabbit. Think lots of locally grown vegetables and beans. I ordered a bowl of Gypsy Stew - a delicious and exotic blend of pork, beef, chorizo, cabbage and three kinds of beans served over wild rice. It was $6 of exotic bliss, made even the more blissful with some of the Gypsy Woman's homemade hot sauce. I loved every exotic morsel... The menu was short, and I have to admit, I was a little surprised by the price given the quantity, but I ended up going for half pork and half potato. Because I was stunned by the price, I didn't go for the toppings, which were an extra dollar, but I think that would have been wise. The pieorgis I got were okay, but they seemed a little bland and super greasy. They went very well with my beer, but I am not sure I would rush to have these pierogi again very soon.
