I knew it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to get one with an exact match. When I brought it to Woburn Glass, the guy took the measurements and told me it would be ready the next day (without the etching). I agreed to pick it up then. I asked how much it would cost for (2), and he said not to worry, he will leave it in a bin to the right of the building where I can pick it up for FREE! What an awesome and nice guy! He didn't have to do that and I was ready to pay for it!! Just yesterday, I came to get my state inspection sticker and it took them about 10 minutes tops! Their waiting room is fairly sized and has a good size tv too. They were really nice guys and very polite. I will certainly recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family for any future needs!

The original estimate was done from the ground, however when the technician was able to get the unit out of the frame, (This is an old style window), we both saw that additional work had to be done. When the guy came out for the estimate he was all business. In then out, got a call a day or two later with an estimate for 370 not including tax. My window was not in stock so it was considered a special order, a 50% deposit was required. Once the window came in have the installer come out was easy peasy! Nice guy named Michael came in removed old window pane from second floor window via the exterior of the house. Installed the new one, it took less than 30 minutes from the time he arrived until he left. When I mentioned how fast he was he said, "he had been doing this for 20 years". So experienced yes. Post care instructions, don't wash window for 24 hours will the glue sets. Boom done. I would definitely recommend.
