The biggest thing I would note here is that they have office hours (9-5, M-F); this is not a retail establishment. After much discussion and with a lot of hesitation, Tom agreed to give us a credit of only $400. For two weeks they have said the check is in the mail and it has never arrived. This company LIES, CHEATS, and STEALS. All I want is a tracking number for the check that was supposedly sent via FedEx. Obviously, since they refuse to give a tracking number they clearly never sent the check at all. Just because we are women doesn't mean we should be BULLIED by Tom, who cursed and screamed at my staff for asking about the tracking number. I will NEVER use this company again, and I recommend that you not use them either.
