Instead of pushing the sale, they actually recommended that I go to their competitor to get a less expensive version. Who does that anymore? I was so appreciative of their help that I was ready to buy the pricier part on the spot, but since I didn't need it immediately, I waited a couple of days for the basic version instead. The fact that they were willing to send me elsewhere to save me money says everything about their integrity. Amazing, friendly, personal service -- the kind that reminds you why buying local matters.
