In order to trial a mask design for a large order, the company requested a 50% deposit, assuring us we would receive a full refund should the designs not work out. The designs did not meet our requirements, so we requested our refund. It's been 2 months now, and they haven't returned any emails or issued the refund. Sorely disappointed - would not recommend. UPDATE: The company finally responded to our requests after we posted reviews similar this this one on multiple platforms. They agreed to issue our refund and requested we remove or edit our reviews accordingly. The refund has since been processed. read more

My first 2 to 3 interactions with this company was great. On my first call with this company I immediately purchased $650 worth of masks. The sales person was nice and knowledgeable of their products, and I really liked the way the mask looked on their website. So, I totally felt that me purchasing masks from this company was a no brainier. On the second day I requested that my order be changed. I felt that I was still in the order processing stages so it would be ok to request some changes. And it was. Every now and then I would email or text the company to see how my masks were coming along (some days that would respond to my emails and or text messages and some days that wouldn't). The staff would send me design samples of my masks using mockups, so it's only normal for me to think that my masks, when completed would look like the mockups. Right? Wrong. Keep reading. I was received a picture via email masks in my design, that did look like the mockups. The only thing was, they couldn't get the design down pack. The masks had some printing mistakes. Unfortunately, it was almost a month and one seamstress (helped figure out that the template was wrong) later before they finally got my designs right. Now the big days had finally come. The day they shipped my package and the day I received my package/masks. I was excited to receive my package/masks. I couldn't wait to see a live and in person image of my masks. I couldn't wait to feel them and try them on. I opened the box and was extremely impressed by all of my beautiful designs. It was only when I started sorting through the masks that I noticed some sewn correctly, some sewn incorrectly (attached/sewn to only one end of the mask), a small bit of the masks were printed with wavy lines, a majority of the masks with the Exception of the adjustable masks had no stretch, making it hard for the average adult to wear it throughout the day without having ear pain. I tried the masks on. it was so painful around the ears (pulling sensation). I believe the black ones are made from a different material because the fit was great. They stretched well. More importantly the masks looked nothing like the mockups. False advertising. Oddly enough I saw the exact same masks pictures on another company's website. Unfortunate I fell for the old photo stock images trick. So disappointed. Because the way the masks were created, I cannot sell them for the amount I Anticipated selling them for. I don't believe I can sell them without receiving complaints and charge backs. I kind of feel like $1,000 has been thrown down the drain. The black adjustable ones, I think should be ok. But I did not purchase a lot of the Black adjustable masks because I wanted it to look like the mockups on my website. But what sucks is my entire order was basically built on false advertisement. Because I thought the mockups were identical to the actual masks, I had purchased the same mockup that I received from this company and started creating inventory photos for my website. My customer Pre-orders were made based on the look of the mockups. Mockups that looked nothing like the masks. I had to call the customers and tell them what happened and offer them free masks for compensation for my false advertising, caused by this company's false advertising. My entire website is in the process of being redone because of this. In the beginning I was getting frustrated with this company. All I wanted was a refund. The only asked me to give them another chance. So, after speaking with some representatives from the company, I started to feel a little bit more at ease and started putting my trust back into this company, so much that I spent an additional $350 on masks. I really wanted to give them a try. In the end, again I'm ok with the black adjustable masks (familiar with the look). I approved of these design concepts for a very small percentage of my masks. However, I'm not ok with the white adjustable masks. They are not as stretchy as the black. I'm not ok with any of the regular masks (black or white). I did email the owner to see how he could fix this; however, he never responded to my email. Sadly, cutting my losses. Will start searching for a new company tomorrow. I've learned my lesson- Listen to that little voice in your head that tells you to run. I will share my experience with others, so no one else will have to experience what I've experienced with this company. I wish I saw these reviews before I paid my invoice. read more

TERRIBLE! My son saved his money and ordered custom socks his dad for xmas. Ordered on Dec 5 and was assured it would arrive before xmas. We have to send numerous emails before we get a response, no tracking and they lie. They've given us 2 different ship dates. I can see why won't let you speak to anyone. I would not recommend using Dad's Printing. Matthew, from sales, was excellent and was eager to get me to place my order and made it very easy. Although, once the order was placed, I was really disappointed with the lack of communication and reassurance. I reached out by email multiple times and would not hear back until I sent a second email, addressing my concerns. I also tried calling a lot of times and could never get a hold of anyone. I was honestly skeptical that my order was even being prepared. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they basically told me that they forgot about my order and if I didn't try to reach them repeatedly, it would not have been done. With lack of a better word, it was annoying that I had to be the one to facilitate my order (this was all happening weeks after the estimated delivery date). Once I finally received my product, there was a mixture of stuff I ordered and stuff I didn't. The t-shirts I ordered and paid for were Gildan, and I received about half Gildan and half ATC (which look and fit completely different). There were also many inconsistencies in the screen printing itself; some were okay and some looked like they weren't even trying (leaking through, sloppy writing, not straight). I tried contacting them and I was just redirected through 3 people so I just gave up, because it was exactly what I had already been dealing with, poor communication. read more

They take the money and don't deliver the product. Better Business Bureau won't save you either, they'll try to delay until it's outside of the window they can address. read more

We ordered some face masks from Dad's Printing tracking number, LE 004 803 127 CA, under the name Carlos Sanchez. We have received the package today in the mail, and we are disappointed in the product. The Reason the mask is extremely small, there are air pockets on the side. The masks are not adjusting to the face. The printing is too low, the masks are supposed to be adjustable, and they are not. Now I understand things are short handed with COVID-19 but I truly believe the masks were put together last minute without care. Very disappointing. We ordered before the Christmas Break and were told that it would be possible to receive them before the New Year for our homecoming game. That date has come and gone. Now, we're approaching the end of our sports season. Adam has emailed various individuals who were supposed to provide answers or details. As such, we've received none. Hopefully, this will change. I have yet, rarely had to create a negative review, but I think I should be responsible in this case to warn people before they use Dad's Printing. I placed my first order of socks on May 14/20 (online) for my grandson's birthday and was assured that they would take around 3-4 days to print which was ample time for the May 20th birthday. There was no communication that my order was ready or that it was even received by May 20th. I tried using the chat line with Lando with no success, called Adam on his phone listed and he was not able to talk as he was not at work yet so I texted the number he gave me to Kaila. I heard back from Kaila and she could not find the order with the pictures I sent. I started to resend them but then heard back from Kailla that the misplaced order was found and she would process it. I picked up the socks (May 25th) which were lovely but a week late for my grandson's birthday. Putting that behind me I ordered more socks (online) on June 5th for another birthday and Father's Day. Still no word that order had been received or that they were ready as promised in 3 days. On June 10th I called Adam and again he was not able to talk (Lando's online chats were useless) so he had shipping text me to say that the socks had been mailed out and would arrive after Father's Day. I got in touch with Kaila to say that I had on the online order requested to pick them up. she admitted the mixup and had a new pair ready the next day. I should have opened them at the time of pickup because they were not what the online picture said they would be. Eventually the ones came in the mail but still were not what I had ordered. I ended up with 6 prs of socks that were not what the online pictures said they would be. They tried but never once delivered what was promised. As I say the quiality is good and Kaila a lovely lady but the customer service and online ordering system is not working. I will not use them again. Sharon C. read more

terrible quality!!! please do not use this company! my daughter ordered socks and they printed them on the wrong side and the print itself was horrible. she has messaged countless time to no avail. that cost her over 700 dollars. Pity there is no option for zero stars. All communicative and professional to secure the order and get paid.... COMPLETELY irresponsible, uncommunicative and rude AFTER the order and payment. Not only that, promised deadlines were missed, items ordered were never made, and even the 'compromise' order I made, they promised me glass tankards and I received coffee mugs (I have the emails!) The major perpetrator of this rudeness, incompetence and poor communication is 'Adam.' The other, who was polite at first, then disappeared completely once I'd paid, was 'Mary.' I also had to write, call, text to both of them at least 25-30 times to get money refunded for promised items not delivered or even printed. Even then, I never ever received the full refund. I am not writing this as any type of personal grudge, but simply to warn any potential customers that this is not a company you can trust in any way. They shouldn't even be in business. read more

In early July we placed an order for 1000 masks, and the order was incorrect when we received it in early August. We were told immediately it would be made right, but after a month had passed without receiving the correct order, we started to get the runaround, before they offered us a 10% discount for the inconvenience of receiving merchandise we couldn't use and stop returning our calls. Customer service was terrible, with most emails and ALL voicemails going unacknowledged, forcing us to file a dispute with our credit card company for a full refund. If you want one mask, maybe they can handle it. If you're ordering for a business, look elsewhere, because our faith in Dads Printing cost us thousands of dollars in missed sales thanks to unnecessary errors and delays.
