    Really too small women t-shirt

I placed an order with them in June 2023 and received 215 sweaters in September 2023. 82 t-shirts of them did not correspond to the sizes ordered. After several months of silence or "I'll get back to you" from them, they ended up remaking these 82 sweaters which, once again, did not correspond to the sizes ordered : really too small. Since the beginning of December, not being satisfied, I have asked for a refund and guess what? No news from them. I'm back to posting everywhere I can that they are not a good company to do business with. Additionally, they advertise on their website that the jerseys are made "In North America", but all the jerseys received had a "Made in China" label. They never explained to me why. It's simply a dropshipping business, that's ité DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, unless you want to waste time and money!

I had the misfortune of placing two orders from Dad's Printing and they screwed up both. Tl;dr: NEVER PLACE AN ORDER HERE. The backstory: I ordered three pairs of socks with cat pictures on them. When I received the order on November 10th, it was not my order (socks with dogs on them). This was obviously someone else's order. I contacted Nick at Dad's Printing immediately. I was asked to email with pictures of what I received, which I did. He promised to deal with it right away. I offered to send them back and he said don't bother, they would just reprint them. A half dozen emails back and forth later, he still had not dealt with it and I still had the wrong socks. On December 7th I gave up waiting and requested a refund; no response. Finally I reached the owner, Adam, on the phone the week before Christmas. Dad's Printing managed to rush the order to me, which I was pleasantly surprised about. The kids and I opened our socks on Christmas morning and immediately put them on. The cat faces were stretched out and unrecognizable, but the novelty was there. Three hours later, the printing on the bottom of the socks had completely worn off. They're basically garbage now. What a waste of $30. Nick also "forgot" to produce an order for over 100 custom masks. He told me the night before I had volunteers lined up to distribute the orders that somehow it hadn't made it into production. Unfortunately I had already placed my cat socks order by this time. I would NEVER encourage anyone to order from this company. They screwed up two orders, one worth several hundred dollars' worth of masks for about 40 families and Nick KNEW the deadline and that many volunteers were involved. And the products we got were cheap for a reason: they're thin and not great quality. I wouldn't order again even if the orders weren't screwed up. Avoid this place.

First of all wish there was something lower than a one-star review. First and foremost they charged our credit card before the delivery of the full order without our permission. They delivered 115 misprinted units, not in the format specified but yet charged for the more expensive format. We were given the run around of who to contact about this. Adam has not taken responsibility or offered any reasonable resolution Also, we have been since advised that Dad's Printing has outsourced our production to a third party in the past.

I placed an order for a pair of socks with a picture of my brother's cat on them for Christmas. They ended up sending me two pairs because the print on the first pair was skewed. I appreciated that they just sent the second pair immediately without me having to contact them. However, what I don't appreciate is being extorted into giving them a 5-star review for a free pair of socks months later. Originally, I was going to take them up on this offer, but after seeing the MANY low-star reviews with legitimate claims of poor business from Dad's I've decided to publicly shame them for their thinly veiled attempt at trying to save face. If you really want people to give 5-star reviews, it might be helpful to produce better quality garments and stop screwing people over.

After waiting 4 months and no masks, I finally had to go to my credit card to cancel the order. Very poor service!

Customized Canada T-Shirt? Yes, please!…read more My friend and I decided to take a trip up to the Great White North and wanted to buy matching t-shirts to commemorate the rare occasion. Well, sadly, most of the Canada t-shirts were BUTT UGLY. We're talking like beavers on logs, maple leafs with the words "OH CANADA" in horrible fonts, mountains with snow, skiiers, moose....all those typical Canada things. We wanted to find one SO ugly it'd be funny and ironic, but we weren't sure other people would really get it besides us and we'd end up just being embarassed wearing it in public. So, we were walking down the street and saw this place were you could make your own t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, etc. We decided rather than spending $40 on a t-shirt with a moose on it, we'd just design our own! They use American Apparel clothing (ironically), which is fairly priced and of decent quality. We chose what design we wanted the sweatshirts (we opted for hoodies over t-shirts as it was literally freezing there) and they said they would both be done in about 40 minutes. We went down the street to grab some food, came back and voila - we had our own customized Canada hoodies sans beavers and moose (but you know we totally HAD to incorporate a maple leaf somehow)! SCORE!

Not only is there selection only limited by their imagination and, more importantly, which picture people will pay $15 transfer price for, but in my experiences with them their transfers fade really quickly. The quality is the exact same as iron on transfer paper! The rest of their merchandise is tacky jackets, poorly made converse knock offs, and overpriced dollar store sun glasses and toys, all of which you can expect a 500% knock up. But hey, thats why they sell to teenagers! theyre edgy and dont really care when they arent spending their own money! So dont spend yours here!

The patches didn't ship until December 13th, two full weeks later! What were they doing for two weeks? I have no idea - there was no email from them explaining what was going on. I emailed the address on file for the order. No response after over a week. Maybe there's a reason for the two-week delay, but if a customer's question is ignored, who knows? The Arrive app they use was a pain to set up, and after I set it up I was unhelpfully informed no tracking information was available. Has it shipped at all? I really don't know. I emailed them again. Another week went by, no response. Worse, when we left for Christmas with my family on 20th, and the patches still hadn't arrived. Seven days to get from Vancouver to Seattle should have been enough. So now my brother-in-law gets a picture of his gift instead of the actual patches. As of Jan 9th, still no response to either email. I'll never deal with True North Screen Printing again.
