Brigitt has a natural connection with dogs and treats every pup like part of her own family. We received regular adorable Facebook photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. The dogs came home happy, relaxed, and clearly adored. Her home is clean, safe, and full of positive, pet-loving energy. If she is unavailable, someone else on their team takes over and treats Kelsey with just as much love and attention. We would not trust our Kelsey with any other pet service. Martina is the best & my pup Steve loves her…read more I found Martina on Yelp--my now husband and I were going away for our destination wedding & we needed someone to care for our 13YO pup. I have never left him with anyone other than my parents / sister to care for him. Martina came over to our home for a meet & greet & Steve immediately took to her. He seemed comfortable and happy around her. We left him with her for just over a week & I felt so at peace. Martina posted plenty of pictures of Steve on her IG page so I was able to see what he was up to and he seemed to be having the time of his life over there. I was worried he would not want to come back home! Martina is awesome at communicating and is very pleasant to be around. I will never take Stevie anywhere else. Thank you for being so good to our old pup.

Martina & her pack were amazing!…read more We were nervous about leaving our girl Bailey with anyone but family, but we instantly knew it would be a good fit after the initial meet and greet. It takes a while for Bailey to warm up to humans but Martina allowed Bailey to warm up to her at her own pace. After the trial half day, we were excited that Bailey would be in great hands and would have friends to play with!! We left Bailey with Martina for a little under a week and we are so happy with the love and attention Martina provided Bailey. She was very professional and kept us updated every day, either through videos/photos on instagram or through text. Bailey looked so happy in all the photos and videos!!! If we could give more stars, we would. We would recommend Martina & Waggy Trails to anyone in need of pet sitting, day care, or dog walking. If you are looking for a caring and responsible person who gives your baby all the attention and love you want them to have... a person who's actions can give you peace of mind and ease your guilt... Val is the right person! This was a huge decision for us to hire someone to come into our home (stay) and take care of our boy we were in Hawaii... and it was not taken lightly. This was a little scary and first for us! It was going to take a lot of trust in whoever we hire that they would take great care of our Buddy... but, also that we could trust them in our home while we were away. It was extremely important to us that Buddy was comfortable in HIS home feeling secure, safe, cared for, loved and not abandoned... this is exactly what Val gave us and Buddy! We did our research and read almost every review. Obviously, searched and read about many pet sitters but we kept going back to Val. We made arrangements to for Val to come over and meet our boy and us. Buddy is a little cautious around people, but Val was very warm, patient and engaging with Buddy and he warmed up right away. Val asked a lot of questions in regards to what Buddy's and our needs are... what were our expectations. It was a very comfortable meeting and we knew before she left that Valerie is who we wanted for our Buddy. It turned out to be the best decision we ever made in regards to Buddy's care. Val was very flexible and even came over early the day we left so we could all hangout together for a couple of hours prior to our leaving... that way Buddy wouldn't be anxious or feel abandoned. While we were gone Val would text me... sending us pictures and videos daily of Buddy. We could see by his actions and how he cuddled up next to Val... we could see how great our decision was. Val always encouraged us to text her and responded right away. Val kept daily track/records of Buddy's walks, his medication intake, his eating amounts and anything else she felt we might want to know. Buddy is 9 years old and this was the first vacation that we've taken without him that we didn't feel guilty and had total peace of mind. Obviously, Valerie is our girl when it comes to our precious Buddy... without hesitation. If you are in a similar situation and need a responsible person who will take great care of your fur baby... Val is who we recommend. But, keep in mind... her calendar fills up fast, especially for overnights. So, plan! Val, if you're reading this... thank you!

Jenae got the mail, newspaper, and made sure there were no signs of nobody being home. She's very professional with contracts, to do lists and comes prepared with very important questions about the dogs and house instructions. She was kind, patient, and wonderful with him right away. On the very first night we were gone, our dog suddenly became very ill and could not get up. It was an emergency situation, and Brenda immediately took control. She found a mobile veterinarian who came out that same night and stayed with our dog for over four hours. She went far beyond anything we ever could have expected from a pet sitter. Although we felt terrible not being there with him, Brenda cared for him as if he were her own dog. We spent hours on the phone together, and with her compassion, support, and guidance, we made the heartbreaking decision that it was his time. Her genuine love, concern, and calm action during such a painful moment meant more to us than words can express. She even helped contribute toward the emergency veterinary service. Brenda is truly an extraordinary person, and we will never forget the kindness and care she showed our beloved dog and our family during one of the hardest nights of our lives.
