After confirming appointment day before I sat here waiting for them to show up and an hour later I get a text stating couldn't find my house yet I left detailed directions which were very simple left down to end of street and 2nd house on left lol if that were the case why wouldn't you phone the client and get further follow up if lost. This is the first time I get a groomer for my doggo. Juli is the name of the groomer and she is awesome. Even though my dog was a bit nervous, she took the time to calm her and make her feel safe. She went in to her Mobil set up. And about 30-45 minutes later it's done. And my dog has never looked better. She even gave my pup a bandana. Julie does an amazing job with our 70 pound goldendoodle and 8 pound shih tzu. She is great about making advance appointments, will text if she's running a bit behind, does a wonderful job grooming the dogs, but most importantly my dogs love her. When they first started going, they were afraid to get into her trailer since they were unfamiliar with her. I met Juli during one of my dog walks and was impressed by her knowledge and personality. Since I was looking to change groomers, she seemed to have sold me on using her service. HOWEVER, when calling the number on her business card and leaving a message for a return call to schedule and appointment - not once but three times over 3 days - I did not even get the courtesy of a return call. I understood from Juli that she was busy with scheduled appointments until a month from now, but still fail to understand why her scheduler did not find it necessary to call me back. Busy or not, it seems like awfully poor business practice not to respond to possible future clients. I have definitely lost confidence - not in Juli, but in the way the scheduling is not functioning to support her fine work. read more

Julie has been grooming my dogs for over 15 years. I have always had Chow Chows and she isn't not afraid of my 80 pound fur baby. In addition, I have "The littles" We have yours, mine, and ours and often a stray or two that we are trying to re-home. Julie gives us a deal to put the littles in the tub and refuses to take money for the "Foster" rescue dogs...so we have to tip her extra big. All of my neighbors know when Julie is coming and we try to get them in on the appointment in advance. She is often parked for hours in front of my house as everyone brings their pups to the window and asks her, "I know I don't have an appointment but is there any way you can do my pup too?" Julie has a hard time saying no to the pups so we are understanding when she text that she is running late because we know that means that someone got an unexpected bath today. On the last visit Julie pointed out a tooth on my "Mollie" that needed attention and I went inside the house and made the vet appointment immediately. We've used Julie a few times on our Golden Retriever and couldn't be happier. Our pet is extremely nervous and has massive stranger-anxiety (I know, rare for a Golden!), not to mention a bad leg. In the past we took her to an actual groomer, but after watching them drag her across the room (after I told her about the bad leg) and then get a call an hour later that she needed to by remuzzled I knew we needed someone else. Enter Julie. My Golden is always a bit nervous to hop in the trailer, but she does, always after Julie patiently approaches her and offers a hand to sniff or shake. After 45 minutes or an hour (we tend to wait too long between sessions, resulting in a ton of hair and a few mats) Julie brings her back happy, not limping (like we experienced before), and soft and well-cut. She only charges us $60, which is worth it considering the convenience, kind-demeanor, and hairiness. I can't recommend her enough! read more

Julie is the best we have had for all of our dogs!! She watches for any signs of problems when she is grooming them. We have used her for years and are totally happy. Definitely do not recommend - made an afternoon appointment and waited almost 20 minutes and she did not show up, no call, nothing. So I then called to see what the hold up was and she was very pleasant at first and told me she was finishing up and that we would be next. I told her not to bother as I have things to do that cannot be bumped back and she was rather rude after that. She told me that she "usually allows an hour window" for appointment, but she did NOT explain that when I initially made the appointment, or I would have planned accordingly. She then hung up on me.
