Not very reliable. They just cancelled my grooming appointment (the second time this has happened) because the groomer is no longer with the organization. You make an appointment; wait two weeks; and then find out it's been cancelled two days before the scheduled appointment. I'm looking for another groomer. read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH PETS SUITES! I left my mini poodle there for 12 days and when I picked him up he had so much old poop on his but that it was litterly hanging from his butt and very visible. The workers started laughing at him, saying that he just needed to poop really badly but he obviously felt very uncomfortable having to deal with leftover poop on his butt for the past two weeks. He smelled really bad and could not wait to leave that establishment. They barely sent us any updates and did not even brush his curly hair, which left him very matted and looking shabby. They also failed to give him his grooming appt when we booked this stay almost a complete month before, and they told us the day I was supposed to pick him up that the groomer was fully booked for the next few weeks and they could just give him an exit bath ( which you have to pay for). This is horrible and I do will NEVER be going back and letting my puppy stay there in those conditions. SHUT THIS DOWN AND RUN ME MY MONEY BACK. thankya read more

I am sick to my stomach near tears after having picked up my year and a half old Goldendoodle from his 3 night stay at PetSuites Twinsburg.. Our doodle is the sweetest dog who loves to play and is not aggressive AT ALL. He is a lover not a fighter and will not defend himself or bite back if provoked by an aggressive dog. WELL, he CLEARLY got bitten by another dog. He has a deep scabbed bite mark on his back and a big bruise surrounding it. He has several abrasions on his legs and then a wound on the bottom of his front foot that was bleeding. I am beside myself. We were not notified at all of anything happening even though it's clear our dog was bitten -- and bitten hard enough to sustain a serious injury. We understand that there is a risk when there's a bunch of dogs in one space playing. We know that accidents happen BUT that's not the case here. Based on the bite on our dogs back, he most definetly cried and made a noise. So one of two things happened here and NEITHER are okay: 1) they didn't see this happen or no one was around to hear anything or 2) they did see it and said nothing to us. This is supposed to be a supervised area so where was the supervisor to see this incident??? If someone did see it, we should've been notified. This facility should have a basic awareness of what's going on with the dogs and should have noticed the big bite on his back and wounds on his leg and bleeding paw. We don't know when this incident happened during his stay. It could've been several days ago, enough time for our dog to get an infection. The wound already has a scab. We are taking our dog to the vet and have made it clear to PetSuites that we are enraged and want them to investigate what happened and give us an explanation. He has utilized group day play about 150 times and has boarded overnight for 7 or 8 separate stays ranging from 2 to 8 nights. Our experience has always been excellent. Absolutely NOT!!!! Don't trust the safety of your dog here. We just learned the hard way. Our fur baby has multiple severe bite marks, they did not seek medical attention or notify us. The staff was negligent. He is traumatized as are we. We are pursuing actions and accountability. I've been an animal advocate for over 20 years, supported many rescues and volunteered for the same amount of time. This is unacceptable and irresponsible. Don't take your dog here. We've taken our pup here 3 times now, the first stay was great we had no issues. The 2nd stay our pup came back with scratches and bite marks from other dogs (wasn't too concerning as dogs do tend to get rowdy when playing). The 3rd and last stay he was only there for an over night stay and he came home limping and has a decent size bump on his snoot. They didn't try and call us about it or say anything during check out it seems like the shut a door on him or something cause he does try to be an escape artist sometimes and since he's been home he's just been laying around the house and isn't trying to move at all due to the pain. read more

Our puppies love PetSuites-Twinsburg, just as much as we do! The building is not only brand new but has many security features that make us confident that our fur-kids are safe, including security cameras, as well as state of the art fire suppression and fire alarm systems. The staff is just amazing! There are always more than several dedicated staff members working and we have watched them interact with our doggos either in person or remotely on camera. Remi and Willow love them so much that not only are they really excited to go inside when we arrive, but they don't want to leave their human and fury friends when we pick them up. As they are just puppies (really big puppies), we were hesitant to start daycare and boarding at eight-months old, but the staff really made us feel confident that they are in the best facility and in really great hands. Our dog had a very nice stay at pet suites. Our dog is specific with her food and resource guards. They did a good job noting her behavior issues so anyone handling her knew these things. They even gave us a complimentary training session. We noticed that she lets us go near her food bowl with less hesitation. The pricing was reasonable and in line with the going rates. They made pick up and drop off smooth. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I'll begin with the fact that they have rude staff that don't know what they're doing with dogs. My dogs went in mid-September, so open only a few days and off to a terrible start! My dogs were miserable when I checked the webcam. I thought I'd check once per day, but because they were so miserable, I ended up checking multiple times a day. I would have gone home and picked them up sooner if I could have, but I was somewhere I could not leave. My dogs' "suites" were often filled with urine and/or feces, even when they were still open for the day. I would understand if that happened overnight. My dogs were not given the playtime that they were supposed to get in their package. They were not separated at feeding time like they said they would be. All our dogs lost weight. The most timid of our dogs was left in a suite by himself, even though he was supposed to be sharing it with his brother. Nothing that was promised to us was done. I went to a routine vet appointment shortly after our return and mentioned to them that I would not recommend Pet Suites to other people. They said they had already heard that from multiple people and that they'd already treated a dog that had been injured enough there to need veterinary care, and they wondered how many were injured that they deemed didn't need veterinary care. People I know have said their positive reviews have been left by the franchise owner's friends. Maybe they're truthful, and they treat friends' pets better. I don't know, but if they offered to keep my dogs for free the next time I went out of town, I'd strongly decline. read more

Very disorganized, and unprofessional staff!! Called and made an appointment at the Twinsburg location. Received a text confirmation. Got a call 45 min before the appointment that the groomer was booked for that day, and who ever made my appointment, pretty much did not know what they were doing. Although they apologized and offered a discount, that was not a good option because I had rearranged my day for the appointment. When I told the person that called me that I was not happy she put me on hold and never returned to the call. (Rude and so unprofessional) why hire someone who is not able to accurately schedule and appointment or handle a call or an irate customer due to their error. The called finally rolled over to the manager who acted as if she did not know what was going on... (I get so sick of the good cop bad cop game) with these people. Do highly educated people even work there? Umm? When she returned to the phone, she also said the groomer was booked. Still confused as to how the groomer could be booked for the day, and I am not a part of that booking since I clearly had an appointment. If the groomer had been sick, I get it... Petsuites booked the appointment. This Petsuites lacked customer service at its best, and somehow though an apology would make up for their inadept ability to get it right the first time. They also have no respect and a great disregard for your time and feel their condescending apology somehow excuses their behavior and lack of professionalism. More importantly, the fact that the manager also left me on hold and then answered the call as if I was a new caller concerns me and tells me that she is just as unprofessional as her staff. Leadership is real, her staff demonstrates her inability to be a good leader. What I got out of this little ordeal is that the manager, thought it was funny and did not take the fact that this was quite an inconvenience for me serious. Maybe Adam their district manager should look for a new manager and a new staff if they want to see that location strive. I see customer service dismantling it, and I am confident this is not their first mistake, more than likely one of many. I have never personally met their staff but hope there is a new one in place if I take my pet there for grooming. I see that they have had low reviews in the past. We have been taking our puppy to this location for a few months and we cannot say anything negative about it!!! The stuff is amazing. Always super friendly and enjoying their job. You can definitely tell they love the animals. I also appreciate how clean it is and how the staff keeps up with everything . We have boarded our dog multiple times overnight and multiple nights and I also take her two day play all the time it gets so much of her energy out and when she comes home, she is so calm and sleepy but yet the next day, she's excited to go again she loves it!!! We just moved to the area and were hoping to find a new place for our sweet dog for his grooming and boarding needs. Unfortunately, our multiple introductory experiences with PetSuites Twinsburg have been terrible. We stopped by to ask questions about boarding and day camps, and the staff working behind the desk were dismissive and rude. We were told it was just a busy day and we should return when it wasn't so busy. The place seemed extremely stressful, just non-stop barking. Then, most recently, I tried to schedule grooming on their website, which is beyond slow and has a terrible user experience. So, I decided to call to try to book a groom. The young man who picked up sounded exasperated, as if I was disturbing him--repeated aggravated sighs could be heard in the background, and I felt the need to keep apologizing because I was disturbing him by requesting service. He did say that they are just so busy, so booking by phone was "crazy." Today, I received a text saying that I never sent in my dog's vaccination information. Which I did, yesterday. So, I once again called to double-check. The woman who answered the phone ALSO could have sounded more friendly. She said it's "a bit chaotic," so these messages have just been sent without an overview. Overall, I don't think this place is the best, stress-free place for my dog. The staff is not friendly; everything seems to always be "chaotic" and "crazy." I would rather drive to The Barkley or Pet Lodge USA in Beachwood. I was hoping to go somewhere closer, but this location is a MESS. Their Team needs Customer Service Training ASAP. I would not trust them with my pets. read more
