He found us the right oven and instead of upselling, he actually recommended the most practical product for my needs. I love when companies are treating me how they'd want to be treated, helping me make a decision that's best for me, not selling me the priciest product I won't need. Tyler recommended a wonderful GM double oven that I now have had for maybe half a year -- beautiful oven and I've been enjoying it. GM is a great brand! My unit is older so the space available for the stove was smaller than the standard. We asked Tyler if he could find maybe a European brand that would fit and still be good and he did -- Bertazzoni! Never heard of them before Tyler found them but the stove he found was so terrific -- better than any stove I've had before. I cook quite a bit and this thing has been a BLAST to use. I especially love the center burner, it has ZERO issue in bringing things to a boil, which can be an issue at altitude and has been and I sometimes make small amounts. This thing is the most powerful burner/stove -- yesterday I brought 6 liters of preserves to a boil VERY quickly -- my old burner wouldn't be able to do it at all. I am now a fan of Bertazzoni stoves. And it's smaller so it fits right into my space but still amazingly powerful. When they came to install, there were some issues with the fit, they took great care of it and were very professional, conscientious, and pleasant to deal with. There was a slight issue a few weeks after the installation -- I think maybe one of doors on the oven was a bit loose. Tyler came over himself within a day or two and took care of the problem. This has been such a wonderful experience -- dealing with Sierra West had been a blast and Tyler as well as all his coworkers were honest, conscientious, and helpful. I felt like I could trust them and they were looking out for me. Most importantly, I am now enjoying my new beautiful oven and stove. Based on this experience, I would recommend Sierra West and Tyler highly for your appliance needs. Thank you!

I explained that we had come into town (we are out beyond Eldorado) to run mostly medical errands, and he said he would fix the lamp as fast as possible, to avoid another trip. To my amazement, he called in less than 30 minutes to let me know the repair was done and the lamp ready to be picked up! I can't recommend his service and consideration more highly. You can be Made in the Shade will get all my repair business, and they have a great selection of shades and other decorative items, as well.

I hired. 3 young men, Nilly, Daniel, & Christopher arrived at my home all wearing masks " good morning ma'am" introduced themselves, etc. I have to admit, at 1st I questioned my choice! I guess because they looked so young and small. Well I was wrong! These young men were incredible! They worked hard, we had a lot of furniture including many pieces that we wrapped ourselves that were glass and fragile! We are still unpacking a week later, the great news is NOTHING was broken. These boys helped us organize the boxes to each room, stacked the boxes in the garage properly. They had all their equipment to work and handle heavy items. I highly recommend Two Men & a Truck because of Christopher, Billy, and Daniel! I would not recommend this company based on my experience…read more On moving day, four very young movers (around 18-20 years old) arrived. The foreman was polite, professional, and did his best, but the rest of the crew did not seem adequately trained or attentive. They took furniture apart and put screws and hardware in their pockets instead of giving them to me so I could bag and label everything. They completely disconnected the power cords from our reclining couches and failed to keep the components together. Several boxes were dropped during the move, and one of our bookcases was damaged because it was dragged across landscaping rocks instead of being wheeled across the asphalt. Truck space was used inefficiently, so not all of our belongings fit. We ended up having to rent a U-Haul and move the remaining items ourselves, which completely defeated the purpose of hiring movers. At the new house, things became even more frustrating. The crew didn't listen to instructions, ignored clearly labeled boxes, and paid no attention to the labels posted on the doors identifying each room. Instead of placing items where they belonged, they piled everything wherever there was space, creating unnecessary work for us afterward. Overall, the move felt chaotic from beginning to end. I repeatedly gave instructions that were ignored, and I never felt heard or respected as the customer. While the foreman was courteous, the overall experience was careless, disorganized, and disappointing.

My husband and I came in wondering about two different spas. Tony went over the positives of both and said there wasn't really a way we could go wrong with either. We didn't feel pushed toward the most expensive spa. After purchase Tony was communicative with us while we laid a concrete pad and set up the electric. He helped us secure a crane to move it into our space. He came over and inspected the spa for us after set up and showed us how it works. All I can say is WOW!! They announced a summer camp sign-up that was very early this year, but I was ready at 8am on the Saturday morning it went live--only to discover that because my daughter had attended the previous years, her profile was out of date and we couldn't register her for a camp in the age group that she was in now. I emailed their new director--who does not seem as on the ball as the old manager--and she promised that she would look into the situation and get back to me within a week to see if the glitch could be resolved. Two weeks later, I had to email her to remind her, at which point the entire camp was filled up, of course. It was like we'd never spoken before. Really unprofessional, and it's left me scrambling for summer camp options at the last minute. Doubt we'll return, unless they hire back the old manager, who was also great with the kids.
