Traveled 1 hour to discover the 4 (now 2 post trip) portable Air Conditioners shown "IN STOCK" were simply not there. Manager - "....Geee I don't know - sorry dude" - Amazon from now on.

Was not busy at all. Seriously, this may have been the slowest Home Depot store that I have ever set foot in. Store is just as gigantic of all the other locations I've dropped into. The staff was not nearly as helpful as other Home Depot spots. Took several employees before we were told correctly which aisle to find what we needed. I will say that they all were pleasant employees. Glad they had what we needed. Just wish the staff was more knowledgeable on where merchandise is located. Would have saved so much time if they had been.

I have basically lived in this store since I moved to Santa Fe. I've been so let down by their staff on multiple occasions. They couldn't find or deliver my order, they made me return multiple days. Their staff do not communicate with each other. The paint area is under staffed and some times has no one manning it at all.

Promotion is good until 07/25/2022 Managers should know what happens in their shop!

I drove past this Best Buy a few times, then. dropped by, initially just to use the bathroom…read moreactually, funnily enough -- they are one of the stores that have one, a rarity nowadays, sadly, but I digress. And then I thought -- why don't I shop here? They seem like they care about their customers. I used to drive to the Apple Store down in ABQ for all my Apple needs but I decided to check things out here and -- I got new Airpods Pro Max -- was cheaper than anywhere else, still wear them, that was maybe 6 months ago. Then I got an iPad for my mom, also got me a great price -- they do price matching too so I got a great price on it. I got the Best Buy Plus membership and card and that saved me a bunch of money as they have cheaper rates for members and cash back so I think I already paid for the price of the membership like 12 years ahead. Then I was looking for a Macbook Pro -- an important purchase -- and Nick helped and was so gracious and helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed at a terrific price. It was the perfect machine and I really appreciated how much time and attention was given to me. Then I also got myself a pair of the new Airpods Pro 4 -- it was also really great because first I thought I didn't need the noise cancellation -- but then after buying I realized that the Airpods with no noise cancellation didn't have Transparency Mode either. And while I rarely use Noise Cancelation, I very much need Transparency! Went and exchanged it the next day -- no problem at all. And also as a Plus Member I get 60 days of returns so it feels good that I can try stuff out and return if it doesn't work out. Every employee I encounter was very helpful and kind. So, yeah I'm customer for life -- it feels good to be able to try things out and deal with pleasant and trustworthy people who are trying to help you -- I bought 4 things here -- and every one of them was an unimaginably good deal that I can't imagine getting anywhere else. And I guess it's in the name -- Best Buy so it all connects. I've had my eye on a new washing machine/dryer next, I know where I'll coming for that. And when my veteran 8 year old TCL TV dies -- which it will probably never do! =) But, yeah, I had a great experience here and with getting great authentic advice, quality products, easy returns, and GREAT prices -- this can't be beat. Plus it's really nice to deal with someone local.

I was shocked to find sales associates. It was outstanding. I was approached a half a dozen times…read morewith offers of help. The eletronic selection is still pretty empty. I would take into consideration tariffs and import confusion though.

We found the light we wanted, But for some odd reason the sales person told us to think about it. She said go have lunch and come back after lunch or come back tomorrow.I told her that really wasn't convenient for us. She insisted and said go home and think about it and here's my number and give me a call & you can order it over the phone.It was about 1 PM and I think she just wanted to go to lunch herself! The only thing I can say in her defense is that my husband was not backing me up when I said I really want to purchase this right now ,he kind of thought thinking about it was an OK idea. I thought well I can order by telephone later today or tomorrow The light was going to have to be ordered for us from the company because they only had a four light and we needed a five light ~cost approximately $400 plus tax. So when I called the sales lady back to place my order she wouldn't come to the telephone . I explained to the man who answered the phone and he said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do". He didn't want the sale. So I went direct to the manufacturer, luckily I had written some things down. I ordered it online direct from the lighting company in NYC. thanks for nothing, Dahl. No one cared to get a $400 sale. I really do like to support local businesses and not buy online but... And I'm a local Santa Fean BTW . I've lived here for 25 years I'll never go here again.
