Stopped here this evening after our snack and food at three Bridges bar and Grill; lounge is located on the 16th floor or across from the dinner upstairs. Our bartender/server his name is Jacob and he knows basically everything about the menu in front of us. They have restrooms located in the restaurant as well as outside by Toledo. My wine at this evening is very fresh and light does not taste like a boxed wine mix at all. 10/10 From Dalia lounge, you can see the fireworks from Epcot and Magic Kingdom I believe. They also give you a 360 view of the other theme parks and resorts as well. If you haven't been here, I definitely recommend it. They are on the 16th floor and it is a must come to lounge. read more

This lounge at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is a gem. It has great drinks, delicious bar bites and gorgeous views from its outdoor patio. All the seats outside were taking so we picked a spot inside. (You can seat anywhere you would like). I got a sangria tinto and my husband ordered the make your own old fashioned. The sangria was good but my husband's old fashioned was even better. For food we ordered the sliders and they were tasty. For a sweet treat we got the churros and they were good, not the same as the parks. Service was excellent and the place was such a great spot for drinks. read more

This was a strip of seating inside and outside type of lounge/ bar area. I arrived around 8pm on a Friday night, and it was very full with couples, families, and friend outings. We found a seat inside for drinks before dinner... service was a little slow (about 15-20minutes for our drinks) but she was very kind. The drinks were delicious! This place is fantastic! For starters, you get a fantastic view from their balcony of Disney and the surrounding area. They are also a great viewpoint for the Epcot fireworks (and they pipe in the music). Their drinks lean towards the Spanish vibe, like the rest of Coronado Spring, which I'm never upset with. Prices are maybe a bit high, but they are in line with what you'll find elsewhere on property. Every time I've been, I've had great service, from friendly bartenders to those who will recommend drinks for me. It's a great place to go before or after dining at Toledo (which I also highly recommend), but also great to go to on its own. They do have a lighter bites-type menu-not a full dinner menu but enough if you're feeling hungry. read more

We selected it for a light dinner based on all the great reviews. Unfortunately, the food was "no muy bueno." Shrimp Pil Pil - I appreciated the size of the shrimp. The sauce had a bitter taste that we couldn't discern. It just wasn't even close to being authentic. Dahlia Sliders - They were presented well. The burger itself had this fake charcoal taste. The burger buns were perfectly toasted. The toppings had mixed reviews between us. The patatas bravas served with the sliders were just french fries with a drizzle of sauce on them. The sauce wasn't smoky, nor spicy. It was filling. We will go back one day when the menu changes, or just for drinks. It really has a beautiful view. Dahlia Lounge is on the 15th floor at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, in the Grand Destino Tower. The view is my favorite across all property. MY wife and I love this place and try and frequent as much as possible. Parking is hit or miss with security and not having a reservation. Later in the evening, we usually don't have much issue with security when we let them know we are going to Dahlia Lounge, but if they stop you, you will have to take an Uber, park at a theme park/ Disney Springs and take a bus over. We have sadly not been here in a few months but came over last weekend to some sad news. Some of our favorite items on the menu have been removed or changed. My wife asked the server why they were removed, and she did not know either. One of the items we used to love was the toasted baguette with Manchego cheese and serrano ham, literally my favorite sandwich ever! They also changed the flavor and texture of their wings. They used to be a crispy fried wing that was full of breading and had the most delicious sauce. Now their wings are nonbreaded with a sweet and spicy honey sherry glaze. I personally did not mind them, they were not my favorite wing sauce, but it was ok, I would get them again. However, my wife absolutely hated them, she did not like the flavor, and it did not sit well with her. Disney if you are listening, bring the sandwich back and the old wings, please! Something new though on the menu, however, were their churros. These came with 3 larger churros, which were light, airy and crunchy. They also came with a chocolate dipping sauce. These were really good; I am not a sweet fan, but these were good. I only had a small piece, but I enjoyed it. My wife however, absolutely loved these and said she would order them over and over. I also noticed that had new croquettes and sliders, which we will be trying next time we visit. Their drinks are pretty standard for a Disney bar, they have wine and beer as well as a full bar. They do have a few specialty drink options, including a favorite cocktail of mine- Create-Your-Own Old Fashioned. For this we got to choose from five (5) Whiskeys, five (5) Simple Syrups, and five (5) Bitters, however, they were out of a couple of the bitters. A friend of ours also ordered it as well. We both enjoyed it and made a good combination, but I feel the portion was way too small for the price. My wife ordered the Espresso Martini. Theirs had Stoli Vanil Vodka, Bols Crème de Cacao White Liqueuer, Simple Syrup, and Espresso. Espresso Martinis are one of her favorites and she really loved it. I actually ordered one as well and I agree, very good! All in all, this is one of my favorite bars. If you grab a table outside, don' leave all night. You can watch fireworks from here, you can sit and relax on the couch style seating, and you can enjoy the beautiful breeze. I really enjoy this lounge and will for sure be coming back. The boujee bar on the 15th floor outside of the restaurant Toledo (best steaks ever there!). I say boujee but people were dressed in all sorts of casual clothing. It just looks boujee. The place was packed already but we were able to get a couch seat. Seating outside on the overlook was all taken and the "fireworks" were about to take place at Hollywood Studios. Luckily some bar seating opened up not long after we got our drinks so our server helped us move there. I originally was not going to eat but half way through a glass of wine I decided that I wanted something. I ordered the Tapas Trio (Octopus Ceviche, 'Aceitunas' Marinated Olives, Tomato Spread with Grilled Bread). The best item to me on the board was, you guessed it...the octopus. I haven't had it in ceviche form but I was doing a little happy dance in my bar chair. Sitting there I was getting hypnotized by the Roy Disney/Salvador Dali animation that was on loop on the tv. Very beautiful open lounge with the friendliest bartenders! I walked in right at 5 and was their first customer of the day. We stayed at the tower so it was a no brainer that I had to drop by and check out the scenery. Their espresso martini was poured and tasted to perfection. We were out there 15 mins and no one walked over. When someone eventually did come out we declined. Only then did we see a man walk up to the bar buy a drink and walk out on the patio- doing exactly what we were told we weren't allowed. We went to the Dahlia Lounge twice during our stay at Coronado Springs as we stayed in Gran Destino Tower. The lounge was very busy on both occasions, but the service was still attentive and friendly. The space feels beautiful and inviting, and the view of the parks from the balcony is lovely. You can see some of the EPCOT fireworks from the balcony as well- but it was very crowded for that experience so we passed. The first visit we went only for drinks, and over the time we spent there I was able to try two different beverages. I had the Alla Prima Manhattan- absolutely in the top Manhattan's I've ever had and it is a beverage I love and have often when I am out. The other one I tried was the Tequila Daisy- it was also delicious and refreshing. When we came back another day I had a round of the same beverages a second time. On our second visit we also used the Dahlia Lounge small bites as our dinner :) We got the Spanish Charcuterie and it was delicious and a great portion. We also got the Smoke Paprika chips- thought it was a great shareable. I would absolutely come back to the Dahlia Lounge and would order everything I had again! read more

Came to have an evening cocktail and watch the fireworks. Jose was working the bar and was very attentive - clearing the bar so we could have a seat. We were looking for dessert but there was only one offered on the menu and it wasn't what we wanted. The drinks were good and the lounge is gorgeous with plenty of bar seats and small vignettes of tables and chairs. The view is amazing and the balcony was not crowded at all. I may have just found one of my new favorite bars on Disney property! This place is gorgeous! After years of it being open, my husband and I FINALLY made our way to Dahlia before our dinner reservation at Toledo. In the Gran Destino tower at Disney's Coronado Resort, you make your way up to the top floor and you'll find this lounge, and Toledo. Y'all, it is such a vibe here. They have a lovely bar and a cute little outside area with awesome views! We got there around 6:30pm on a Friday and we're able to easily find 2 seats at the inside bar. Daniel was our server and he was amazing! I had such a good espresso martini, and he had fun making us other versions of martinis while we were there! Because we had a few hours before dinner, we got the charcuterie plate and some sort of ham sandwich appetizer (Daniel's recommendations). The charcuterie was definitely enough for both of us and we happily snacked on it over our time there. While the ham sandwich was okay, I probably wouldn't order it again. It needed some sort of spread, as it was just bread, ham, and cheese. I did notice a lot of people ordering the chicken wings, and they looked so so good - definitely getting those next time! Great little place on top of the Grand Destino Tower. Our server was so patient while we tried to select a cocktail. He answered all our questions and was super attentive the whole time we where there. Three of us shared the Ana la and it was plenty. We could have gotten away with just the charcuterie but the croquettes sounded delicious as well and they where. Love the old photos of Walt and team on the one wall. It had rained so the outside area was soaking wet or we would of sat outside. We did go out to Check out the view and it was fantastic. Then bonus fireworks started. We were staying in the Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs and got back from dinner pretty late. Surprisingly, even with covid, they still had things stay open late. It was our first night so we went exploring and ended up on the top floor at Dahlia Lounge. We were drawn in by the dandelion lights on the ceiling and decided to stay. Luckily we snagged a comfortable lounge table outside with a view. There's not a ton to see at night, but it's still worth the trip. We had just come from dinner so we skipped the snacks, but the drinks were great. I wanted a coffee drink and decided on the Barraquito with espresso, liquor 43, sweetened condensed milk, foam, and lemon zest. It was sweeter than I like, so if you don't like sweet drinks then stay away. Also, the drink is tiny, which I should have picked up on with "ito" in the name. read more

Dahlia is located on the top (16th) floor of the new Grand Testino building, which is completely stunning on its own. We came on a Friday right when they opened, and the entire inside was already full! It's small, but definitely a popular joint. We chose to sit outside and the view is amazing! You can literally see Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom all from the balcony. They have many different colorful cocktails to choose from, and plenty of wines and beers as well. They serve Tapas plates, and we tried the croquettes and bocadillo... Both were amazing! Our service was very great, to top it off. The view is superb- although I wish they kept people from crowding around the balcony without ordering anything. I recommend coming at least a half hour before sunset (not twilight) to get a good spot. The vibe is upscale but they don't enforce a dress code as far as I can tell. The couches are all comfy and they have multiple seating options. The bartenders were all friendly and helped me to pick out a drink. When I didn't like the first drink, they were kind enough to let me exchange it. Then when we moved to the balcony they service was also on point. I didn't order any food but the gran gin was excellent and the smoked thyme really added to the drink in a way I was pleasantly surprised by. I came here 2 months ago & i thought i'll really be okay but the more I talk about it with people the more it gets worse lol. I ordered the platter appetizer and chicken wings. We came at 10 (2 hrs before closing) so cooks are probably over it however the wings i got was BOILED and the wings had so much FEATHERS!?!?! And it was obvious that the wings wasnt even sautéed in a pan with the sauce. It was literally just boiled and was topped with whatever sweet sauce they got. 2 stars because the drinks were atleast good! I was tipsy but it wasnt enough to forget about those nasty boiled with feather chicken wings. Our server was over worked that we couldnt even say anything. Not only are the drinks here amazing but the views are OUT OF THIS WORLD! You can see the entirety of Hollywood Studios and Spaceship earth. Sunsets are absolutely beautiful. If you are in the area this place is a must try for drinks and apps, if only for the view. read more

It was a really cool lounge (and restaurant from what I saw). Rarely go to Coronado and swung by to check it out one day. I chose this bar over others because of some drinks that were on the menu. Really neat drinks to try out! Great almost rooftop bar, good view. We sat outside at one of the couch seats and enjoyed it for about an hour. This place is amazing for views and especially the fireworks and sunsets. Our first visit was a mixture of thoughts. Daniel made me delicious drinks and he and John were a pleasure to meet and spend some time with. We ordered the Croquettes (after seeing pictures of them; round about the size of hush puppies) and it was just weird the way they were served. It's not that it is a bad taste but not something I would order again. Most of the Crispy Artichokes were like eating corn husks. If you got lucky and got a fat juicy one, it was pretty tasty. Not something I would order again. The Smoked Paprika Chips were delicious and will be our go to snacky food if we visit again. Definitely worth giving it a try and will try some other dishes and experience the magical view again. read more
