I have been coming to this salon for haircuts for years. EYELASH EXTENSIONS: Jessica specializes in Russian volume eyelashes (where multiple lashes are placed in fans onto natural eyelashes). While I was excited, I was a little apprehensive. I had gotten 'classic' eyelash extensions elsewhere for my wedding, but they were a bit heavy and I always felt like they looked 'fake'. I was looking to achieve something even more natural, and I also get very nervous when people touch around my eyes. Jessica was great at explaining the difference between the two techniques, and assured me that we could achieve a natural look with the 'volume' lashes. Because they are finer, they remain light and 'fluffy' looking, and are easily customized. You can get a very dramatic look, or a very natural one, depending on the length and number of lashes that are placed. They also last longer. Getting them done was a breeze, I didn't feel ANYTHING - Jessica's steady hands and pleasant demeanor helped me to calm down. You can really tell that she knows what she's doing. I probably could have fallen asleep but we chatted the whole time! The lashes, compared to my previous 'classic' ones, are extremely lightweight. I can't feel them at all, and they are so soft!! I was floored at how natural they look - it was exactly what I wanted. I'm absolutely thrilled, and will definitely be back. WAXING: For waxing, this salon uses exclusively hard wax (which doesn't stick to the skin like muslin strips do) - it makes for an experience that is minimally painful (as much as it can be!). The experience was quick, and afterwards, a bit of aloe helped to calm things down. HAIR: I have been getting my hair cut here with Gayana for years - and she recently helped me through cutting a whopping seven inches off of my hair, even though I was SO nervous (I've had the same long-layered hairstyle for ten years). She gave me great advice on handling the weight of my hair with a short hairstyle, and steered me away from a blunt cut (thank goodness) to avoid my thick hair getting too fluffy. I truly appreciated her advice, rather than her just following the photos I brought in without considering the hair types. We found something that would achieve the look I wanted while respecting my hair type. Overall, I have to say that while I started coming to Oceanne just for hair, I am just so happy every time I try something new. I had an outstanding massage with ZALINA. I have had back lower pain for a couple months with no clue why. Im in my early 40s and in decent shape and I couldn't get it to go away. I went in for a couples massage and told her about my back pain. She went to work and I could tell she was very knowledgeable about the human body. As she was working through my glutes and hamstrings and shaking out my leg as she dug into each of those areas. I expected pain the next day from the massage, and I would have been ok with that...there was no pain. My back pain slowly started to dissipate and by the end of the week it was GONE! I did get a true deep tissue massage and I especially love her taking the time to do my full body. My favorite was around my neck right under the hairline which I feel gets overlooked! I highly recommend and I certainly will be going back!

Debbie was nice and soft but that wasn't I was expecting in the massage. Very soft. The massage is not that cheap. It's $109 for an hour. Though I keep getting text messages of confirmation of my booking but they never mentioned that my therapist is not available today else I could have rescheduled for tomorrow. I spoke to a person at the front desk who seems not bothered by whatever you say he was just there to making bookings. On top of that I gave a tip in cash for the therapist. Too pricy for the work done.

That was the main reason I chose this spa and booked in advance. My appointment was fully confirmed. When I first arrived, there wasn't much of a greeting at the front desk. The woman working didn't seem very welcoming, and while everyone can have an off day, it didn't feel like a warm or professional first impression. I was then taken to my room and was already laying on the table when a male therapist walked in without saying anything. I only noticed because I happened to look up, expecting to meet Sky. Otherwise, I wouldn't have even known there had been a change. No one had informed me that my appointment had been switched. When I asked where Sky was, he explained (with some difficulty due to a language barrier) that she was working with a walk-in client. This was confusing and frustrating, as I had booked ahead specifically to see her. It was unclear why a walk-in was given priority over a confirmed appointment. I was already in a lot of pain and really needed relief, so I decided to continue. The therapist was kind, but because of the language barrier, he had trouble understanding my concerns. Unfortunately, the massage did not address my problem areas and did not provide the relief I was hoping for. The spa itself is clean, calm, and well maintained, and I have no complaints about the facility. My disappointment comes from the lack of communication, organization, and professionalism. When clients book with a specific therapist -- especially for pain-related issues -- that commitment should be honored, or at the very least clearly communicated in advance. This was my first visit, and I truly wanted to love this place. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and hesitant to return or recommend it. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reaches out to make this right, as this experience did not reflect the level of service I was expecting for the price.

In addition to the massage, she also uses small tools similar to a mallet and chisel to create deep vibrations through tight, locked areas. It's been remarkable!
