It might be mission impossible to find brownies to measure up to Cal's, but I am determined. I also tried the white chocolate macadamia cookie and M&M cookie as well as the apple fritter. The cookies weren't even edible because they were so hard I was afraid I'd end up in my dentist's chair having a root canal. Obviously cookies are not their forte. In fact the only positive out of the order was the apple fritter. It was cooked just right, though only a small amount of apple and it was nice and soft on the inside and not greasy at all. I would definitely order this again, but can't say I'd make a special trip for it. I'll have to find out their specialty items and report back at a later date. I'm sure there's something I'm missing.

It's well organized and designed like you'd expect a medium sized grocery store to be. Set up in a way where you almost have to go right upon entry. It's always clean, shelves are well stocked and everything is where it's supposed to be. Ralph's Market feels like a neighborhood grocery store. The cashiers and stockers are very friendly and personal. Maybe I go there too much but I find myself having personal conversations with some of them about their personal lives and other things going on in their world AND I'm not even from the area. Sure go here if you're in the area. I'd almost always prefer to support a store like this which is independently owned instead of one of the larger chain grocery stores where you don't get the personal touch. The deli also serves lunch and breakfast with several options on each. I've had the breakfast with no complaints and even a slice of pizza one day. Also, two of the ladies I work with go there to get salads on a regular basis for lunch. But there's also more hardier options available.
