Since June 2025 during rodeo prices went up exponentially. Hamburgers were the best in town. Now they are horrible. Burger was $4.50 now $7.00. Prices are now hidden. Cokes and Dr Pepper taste like pure carbonated water. read more

Food is great and good prices. Really like how they come to your car to take your order and bring you your food, sorta like a sonic system.

The food is awesome. I haven't had anything that wasn't good. Great price for the quality and quantity that you get.

Stopped by on a Saturday, around noon, halfway through a 4,400 mile, 11-day road trip. If you do the math, that's a lot of daily miles. Checking Yelp, this seemed to have decent enough reviews. First off, I was shocked to find someone at my window. A lot of places say drive-in when they really mean drive through. I was momentarily miffed that I would have to eat in the car since I didn't have anywhere to go, but I got over that quickly. I was about to order a standard cheeseburger when it occurred to me to ask the friendly and professional carhop what she would recommend. She said the Eagle was her favorite. "It has ham..." That's as far as she got. I said, "sold," then asked about the onion rings. She honestly told me that she'd never tried them, but I took a chance, anyway. An ice-cold beverage rounded out the meal. I have to say, I'm an onion-ring snob and these were among the best I've ever had. Nice, thick slices of onion with something like a beer batter. The burger was off the chain, as the kids say. (Do the kids still say that?" Thick, juicy, and flavorful. An instant favorite for both items. The food was great. I thought it was a solid value of the $, as I didn't wind up being hungry for another eight hours or so, and Jordyn, again, was just fabulous. All y'all who live close to this place are lucky. I'm looking forward to coming here again, on my next trip to Texas. read more

I decided to try their burger and fries. Jumbo bacon cheese burger with cheese fries. There was absolutely no flavor to anything I had. Also service was very very slow. I went to the drive thru and placed my order. They told me after ordering to park and they will bring it out. It literally took me 25mins just to go back to drive thru to see what's the hold up. I was inform they was just waiting on the fries. Doesn't make sense for me to wait this long. read more

Nothing to write home about, but sometimes you just want a burger that makes you think of your childhood! Pretty good burgers! A little soggy if you let them sit for too long. We went right during the rush hour so it took awhile for them to get the food to us but had a nice experience watching them all work on everyone's food and be able to sit in our truck and listen to music. We got some fried pickles and they were good. We also tried the fried ice cream AMAZING. But I was soooo full from the food I could barely finish it. Will have to go by there again and get another one soon. We will definitely be going back if we get a chance. read more

Tried them for first time in awhile. Surprised at how prompt the service was. I hear the complaints on the tacos. But honestly folks, they are awesome!! They are not tacos, not really, but awesome they are!!! Fries are best in town as long as ask them to make them crispy. Cokes have been great in past. Didn't have one this time though. read more

Nice quaint little mom and pop, excellent food and service most of the time. My main issue that really is through no real fault of their own is that Pecos is roughly 4500 populace with man camps and passersby in severe excess of what the town can handle, and they are constantly hammered. Giving one star only because the option of none isn't possible. However, service is terrible! I called to place an order was asked for the name on the order at the very beginning then continued to place order and was told order would be ready in 20min. We show up to pick up order and they have no idea what's going on stating there is no order with my name. Then go on to stand there and argue if I placed my order under a different name because they only had an order for Ymelda, (which is obviously no where near my name) or that maybe I ordered from a different place. Yet I had a conversation about a specific burger they serve only there on the phone when ordering and she was still adamant I had called the wrong place! Never once did they even stop to check if maybe the order under this Ymelda was mine, no instead all the women working there stood there and kept arguing I had called the wrong place or if I was sure I hadn't said Ymelda (because, yes I may have forgotten my own name in the process of ordering) And instead of trying to resolve or even apologize AT THE VERY LEAST, they state "well I don't know what to tell you but there's no order". It was obvious from their expressions and lack of attempt to resolve THEIR mistake that this probably isn't the first time they mess up someone's order. read more

Excellent tacos made with a hamburger patty cut in half. Simple but delicious. Burrito s also good. The soft serve ice cream is to die for, definately best choice in town. I highly recomend the banana spilt! To drink order a lime aid you wont be dissapointed. This drive in/ drive through, is a good place for something good and something better for dessert! read more

Service is extremely slow. They see you pull up and just stand there staring out the window or olay on thrir phone! Took over 20 minutrs to order just a shake! Other times it's taken over 45 minutes just to get a burger. Not the best placevtk go if your in a hurry. read more

Very disappointed with this place. Last night after hiking up the Guadalupe Peak we stopped to try their burgers. We pulled up and the waitress was taking an order from the car we parked next to so she saw us. She walks back in so we thought she would come back out to get our order. We waited 10 minutes and all of sudden they put out their Closed sign. At least come out and tell us that they are closing but nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more
