Another employee then came out from the kitchen and seemed even more irritated, saying they had already started making the order. Overall, it created a very awkward and unpleasant experience. We had actually been really excited to try this place because of the great reviews and because we saw the owners were from Thailand, where we honeymooned, which made us even more interested in supporting the business. Many reviews mention how friendly and welcoming the staff is, but unfortunately that wasn't our experience. The two employees we interacted with came across as very rude and dismissive. The food itself was tasty, and the mango smoothie was good as well. However, the uncomfortable experience surrounding the order made it difficult to enjoy, and it ultimately wasn't worth it. As someone who works in customer service/sales, I cannot imagine treating someone the way we were treated.
