Took 45 min to get 4 chicken strip baskets. When we did get our food the chicken strips where way over cooked rock hard. Fries was still cold. Employees had no clue what was going on. They forgot about us didn't even start food till my son walked in than it still took 15 min to get the food. Just close down. March 06 at 4:50 the boy slammed the register shut and immediately said $hi+ the next word out of his mouth was fu(k. I told him I didn't appreciate him saying that in front of my 8 year old son. Due to the fact he couldn't acknowledge me by saying sorry or even oops I walked out and went elsewhere. Waited in line for over half an hour just to leave pissed off. The worker just said we're closed and shut the window meanwhile everyone in front of us got served. Was in line way before they closed. On the bright side at least the employees are festive - our worker must have been advertising the blue raspberry slushy, even dyed her hair that color! Awful! Is this really a legitimate Dairy Queen? They do not accept gift cards. We have a general rule about whether it is okay to stop because the drive-thru is horribly slow. you are absolutely trapped once you get in line because the side street is too narrow to pull out and turn around. Never enter the lot because they have a high curb and you are absolutely trapped. Tonight there were five vehicles in line. Seemed safe, so we turned in. Took a little less than 10 minutes to get to the order box. The rest was a nightmare. Three vehicles in front plus one that pulled in front of the restaurant were fully serviced while we sat at the order box. An employee walked at the back twice. The second time she realized we were STILL sitting at the box. Has anyone taken your order? No! She went back inside. We had already decided if the last vehicle pulled away from the window before we ordered, we were leaving despite the absurd wait. And we did. That is 20+ minutes of my life wasted, never to receive any value. read more

Probably the worst Dairy Queen in the history of Dairy Queen's. They are rude as hell if you get service. If not, you'll sit in line for an hour!! Seriously? Hire more staff and start having good service and quick service. Never have had a good expierence here. DQ is such a good brand for consistency across the country. So it's easy to identify a franchise that is not quite living up the standard...This is one of those stores. It's only because of the equipment and the attention to detail. First, the attic rush machine was broken. Second, the AC was broken--on a 95 degree day. Third, the cashier got my order wrong after we repeated it a couple times. That is the bad, lets balance it with the good. First, the Blizzards were great. Second, the staff was nice. Third, the bathrooms and store in general were clean. Overall, I would return and give another try to to the store but just caution them to work on the small things. read more

I just went to dairy queen and had such a strange experience. I got there at 4:30 and received my food at 5. It took so long and there was only one car in front of me waiting at the drive thru window..and then when it was my turn a man asked me what I ordered again, and then gave him my card for payment..I had to tell him twice and then a girl came to the window with a young boy and asked me again. I started to get worried because they still had my card and then the young boy comes to the window and says $6.18...and I was like "um I already paid, you guys have my card still" and then I could see them through the window freaking out looking for my card??? they gave me my food first before my card too which I didn't like. I'm also just concerned because there were 2 young boys back there working and looked to be maybe 13 years old...But anyway, I just checked my card transactions and they never even swiped my card!
