Horrible service. Horrible attitudes My food was cold. When I told them it was cold and needed to be heated they threw it in the microwave instead of making a fresh sandwich. Terrible service. Cashier was obviously new but had 2 people helping her. Rang up order 3 times and couldn't manage to get it correct. We ordered 2 #8 meals with cokes. Didn't sound that hard but apparently it was. After waiting for ordered to be made correctly one sandwich had 2 bottoms and the other had 2 tops. And we were not impressed at all. No manager apology or even a thanks for your patience. Will not be back. read more

First time! I have a cousin who swears by Tim Hortons coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker, but my hubby drinks enough for the both of us. We ordered a mocha, a frozen strawberry lemonade, a pumpkin donut, a chocolate chunk cookie and a chocolate dip donut. I didn't realize they had both breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Everything was very good. The pumpkin donut was like a really good spice cake - not the least bit dry. I asked my husband if the coffee was outstanding and he shrugged. "They're no Starbucks.". I liked the lemonade, even if I got two separate shocks if brain freeze. ;) The service was okay. They were bored-looking young people, but they were friendly and efficient. The drive-thru had a steady line but moved quickly. They're just starting to open stores in our area so well be back. My TH-loving cousin recommended the turkey on a pretzel bun, so next time we'll give that a whirl. read more

I was disappointed to receive a toasted bagel with a thick, gooey coating of cream cheese rather than the butter that I ordered. Since I went through the drive-through on the way to work, I didn't have time to get the ordered corrected. So I scraped the cream cheese off the bagel and tossed the mess into the trash. BTW, why can't the staff put a muffin and a bagel in one large bag, rather than handle them to me separately? I have other items to carry into work and a large bag would have been so much more helpful. read more

My family was traveling along US 33 through southern Ohio. I was hankering for a coffee and dinner. We turned off the highway and stopped at this Tims. The restaurant was pleasantly clean and the rest rooms were well kept. Our order was a bit complex with a few changes. We were pleased to see that our order was completed correctly in a timely manner. The workers were diligent to care equally for other customers around us. As a loyal Tim Hortons customer, I'll admit it isn't easy to find a store of this high caliber. I will go out of my way (if necessary) to stop at this location again. Great selection of donuts, bagels, and fast breakfast sandwiches. One cute variety they had today, Good Friday, was an Easter Egg style; pastel colors with sprinkles. The drive thru line was super crowded, including one police officer, so I went inside. Service was friendly and fast. read more

They don't take $1 coins because "the manager has to take them to the bank". Do they not take all money to the bank? It's interesting that the business would rather pay a fee on a debit/credit transaction (missing out on revenue) instead of taking $1 coins, which are legal US tender. The service can be slow and the hash brown sticks are always disgusting. I love the coffee and could get past those things, but not the ridiculousness of refusing legal tender. I love this Tim Hortons! They sure make a mean double double. You have to get the large or the extra large so the coffee to cream ratio is just right. I always bring my two dogs and the staff offers biscuits or tim bits (none for me thanks lol!!!) I first went to Starbucks and the service was terrible. But then I went to Tim Hortons and it was great.

Honestly, I'm not prejudiced at all, but canadiens need to stay the heck away from my coffee. I went there for a quick breakfast run before work(at don wood toyota) and I was not happy. Got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and there was barely any bacon. Anybody who knows a good breakfast sandwich knows you can't skimp on the bacon or the egg overpowers the sandwich. If I wanted the overwhelming egg taste I would've ordered an egg sandwich! Scrap the bread I would've ordered a freaking egg!! Sadly the sandwich wasn't the worst part of my visit. I couldn't even finish the coffee. I get my coffee like any real man should, black. It's extremely difficult to screw up but I couldn't even finish it! I was tired the rest of the day and only sold like two toyotas because I didn't get my caff in. read more

Everyone is always very friendly when I come here. My only issue is that no one seems to really know the menu. There always seems to be a new trainee at the cash register, and never have they been unfriendly, but they don't know the menu and never seem to ring up correctly what I order. (This has happened 3 or 4 times.) The food is still pretty good, but it would be nice to get what I order. read more
