The line inside wasn't long, but there were several people in the line. While I waited in line, there were so many conversations going on. One employee, the manager (I assume), was leaving, but as she was leaving, she was reminding someone about the s-harassment material they have to watch and she was discussing this out loud. Another employee was taking orders on the headset while making a milkshake, and she was casually doing it. My WORD, a lot was going on. I grabbed an item before joining the ice cream line. As I was checking out, I asked for a bag. The employee forgot I asked for the bag and had to be reminded. At that point, he just gave me the bag and didn't bother to put the items inside. That was a very interesting visit. I think I'll stick to the drive-thru.

Called 4 other baskins and all 4 said they still write on cakes as long as they are purchased from them. So this is either a local leadership failure at this location or a lazy a55 employee who lied even though there were no other customers. Either way thanks baskin & robbed me for the failure on my daughter's b-day. You lost my business going forward
