The Cubans and empanadas were very flavorful. That pork was delicious, and the bread toasted nicely to crunch a tad. You know it's good when you gotta clean the mustard and pork juice out of your beard afterwards. The empanadas were fairly big, with a perfectly seared, crusty masa, so tasty. Plantains were big and crunchy, which we broke into half and savored every bite. We washed it all down with the homemade Tamarindo and Guava. The flan fell flat for us but didn't take away from the experience of the meal and flavors. Very rare to find a Cuban this good so close to home.
