Pathetic. Purchased a cake from this location then asked if they could write happy b-day (child's name) and was told they are not allowed to write on cakes per the store manager. Told them I have been buying 4 cakes per year for over 25 years from different stores and this has never been a policy. Couldn't return the cake since my daughter carried it outside. Called 4 other baskins and all 4 said they still write on cakes as long as they are purchased from them. So this is either a local leadership failure at this location or a lazy a55 employee who lied even though there were no other customers. Either way thanks baskin & robbed me for the failure on my daughter's b-day. You lost my business going forward read more

The employee behind the counter was very friendly and helpful today. I got one scoop of the Brownie bar mash up, it cost $3 (after-tax). It's chocolate and vanilla ice cream with brownie and blonde pieces all mixed together. The ice cream was good, but it almost seemed like there was little ice pieces in it, bc it was really crunchy. Maybe it was the chocolate shavings that made it so crunchy? I was expecting more/larger chunks of brownies & blondes, which I did not see any in my ice cream! The pieces I saw were tiny crumbles. Idk if that is the word for it, but they were very small. The flavor was good, but I did not care for the texture or the price. I almost got a cookie ice cream sandwich. Two cookies with ice cream in the middle, would have been only a dollar more. I was not confident the cookies would have been all that good, and I didn't want to chance it! The cookies are sent to the company frozen, thawed out, and then heated upon ordering. I was scared they would be dry. They do offer a large variety of ice cream flavors. I saw quite a few flavors I would have liked. After today, I am not in any rush to return. Perhaps next time I will get a something that I like better! read more

As soon as I went to go and unbox it, it was just a straw that was supposed to be the handle that nobody wanted to frost with a big gap & from the front the handle just blends in with the cake. It was clearly just slopped together.../: If you look even the writing is just so rough. Definitely, don't recommend this company as a whole, they don't even have the courtesy to get back to me. Well, it's Baskin Robbins... such a huge huge chain, so it's hard to say whether or not this particular location is any better than another. But I can say this location has yet to disappoint me. The best part about a Baskin Robbins is their familiarity, their consistency. and the nostalgia. You know what to expect when you go! The flavors might change and new cartoon characters will be added to their ice-cream cake menu, but Baskin Robbins is the same at its core as it's always been. I came here last night with my brother and some friends around 9:15 PM, and there were only a few people inside. It's all bubblegum pink and bright and cold, and there's something so fun about seeing rows and rows of different colored and textured ice creams lined up so perfectly next to each other - no matter how old you get, it's just fun. I don't really eat ice cream, actually, I don't like it much. But if I'm going to have a taste, I'm definitely partial to the more classic flavors... mint-chocolate chip, pralines and cream, vanilla, chocolate chip, Jamoca almond fudge. I can see why kids love the crazy flavors like "Amazing Spiderman 2" : red and blue vanilla flavored ice cream with chocolate covered pop rocks. Insane! I prefer the ol' basics. The employees here are typically friendly but disengaged high-school students. They'll make your order quickly without small talk and I'm fine with that. Prices are a little high if you're buying double scoops like, daily... but for a once in a while treat, prices are fair. And hey, you get a free waffle cone with any double scoop! My favorite thing about Baskin Robbins for the past two decades? Those weird little upside down ice-cream cone clowns with the frosting faces. I felt awful for the little fella who served myself and a decent amount of other people, he was the only one in the shop, but was on a mission. I was in line for about a good fifteen minutes, several families decided to want ice cream when I did as well. He wasn't impatient nor did he seem to sink in the midst of chaos. He was very very helpful and helped me figure out what exactly I wanted, kudos to him! We chose the: Coconut w/ almond - Freaking amazing, I truly hope they never get rid of this flavor. I ordered and paid for a certain cake. went to pick it up and they said I had already picked it up. they claimed the person gave them my name and described the cake. I showed them my email confirmation and ID and they let me take a cake out of the case. I got home and realized it wasn't the ice cream flavor I wanted. next day they call me and tell me the person they gave my cake to returned it because it wasn't the right cake they ordered. So I can bring the cake I ended up with back and get the one I had ordered. I said I wasn't going to take my time and gas to fix their mistake and I want a refund. Nope. They refuse to fix there mistake and make good to a loyal paying customer. I'm not sure if this is under a new franchise owner but the service and looks of the cakes is not what it use to be. My favorite thing to get here is the clown cone.... and right about now you're thinking "does she mean the pre-prepared clown cones from the freezer? The ones for kids?" Damn skippy I do. Yeah, I'm 35 years old and I still get clown cones... don't judge me. :) The chocolate mint ones are my fave. :) And the icing... well, it's just delicious. They also have lots of pre-prepared ice cream cakes for sale in their freezer and you can also pre-order one as well. Love Baskin Robbins but the owner of this franchise is very greedy. We come all the time & get the same thing, and the young high school kids are always so friendly. But tonight I noticed our tab was quite a bit higher than normal so when I looked @ our receipt, we were charged for every sundae topping separately instead of the sundae price which made a $4.59 sundae $6.99. Let me start by saying I love Baskin-Robbins. However, tonight I was sooo disappointed. My daughter and I drove out of our way to get a small mint chip ice cream cake from this Euless location. We picked out the smallest one they had for 23.99. I love these cakes and it's been awhile since I've had one. We got home, ate dinner and each got a slice of our favorite ice-cream cake. My daughter takes her first bite.... whipped cream/cheap frosting! Where is the buttercream that is usually on these cakes? If I wanted that kind of frosting I'd stick to the grocery store version for half the price. Gross. read more
