I like coming to a Braum's location for their shakes. They make them very thick, not watery unlike some other places. Granted, their fast food section is below average/nothing out of the ordinary. I tried some of their chocolate flavors and purchased a rocky road milkshake. Very tasty, good for a hot summer's day. I haven't been to this location in a while, but today's visit is pleasant enough. No long lines at 4PM, lots of empty tables and staff is pleasant. As usual, this isn't any high end restaurant, so expect the tables to have leftover water drops, crumbs and the usual you'd see in other fast food places. I did see a lady wiping the tables anytime people leave, so she's doing her best. Still, I'd personally make sure to wipe the area before you set your stuff down. read more

Came in on an early Wednesday evening and the store was pretty empty. The worker that took my order had to ask me several times what I wanted. Simply a "small chocolate candy mix with reeces." She turend around and stared at the menu. I pointed at the candy bar mixes on the menu for her. She then asked me what kind of ice cream and pointed at the options so I replied with "chocolate." The mixes are made with soft serve but she started scooping the normal chocolate ice cream. She then walked up to another employee and asked for help. She threw the ice cream she had scooped away then got soft serve. AND ASKED ME AGAIN what I wanted. So I repeated for the hundredth time "small chocolate candy mix with Reeces." Then she replied "we're out of Reeces" so I decided to go with Oreo instead. After what felt like an eternity of mixing, she handed me my ice cream. It's straight up liquid, not ice cream. So after struggling to get my first order, I ordered a single scoop hot fudge sundae. Again, she had to come back multiple times to ask what I wanted. Turned out okay. I paid for it and realized we were charged for a double hot fudge sundae instead of the single. No refund, just a "oops my bad." This was a very odd visit. I usually go through the drive-thru, but the line was way too long. I decided to park and go in. The line inside wasn't long, but there were several people in the line. While I waited in line, there were so many conversations going on. One employee, the manager (I assume), was leaving, but as she was leaving, she was reminding someone about the s-harassment material they have to watch and she was discussing this out loud. Another employee was taking orders on the headset while making a milkshake, and she was casually doing it. My WORD, a lot was going on. I grabbed an item before joining the ice cream line. As I was checking out, I asked for a bag. The employee forgot I asked for the bag and had to be reminded. At that point, he just gave me the bag and didn't bother to put the items inside. On January 15, 2026, at around 6:06 PM, I placed a takeout order at the drive through at the Euless TX Braum's (309 N Main St) for one Grilled Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, an extra poppyseed dressing, and the included 6 oz cottage cheese. When I got home, the salad and cottage cheese were there, but both poppyseed dressings were missing. I had nothing else suitable to use on the salad (only syrup at home), so I ended up skipping dinner entirely that night. I called the store right away and spoke with the manager, Lexi, who was polite and said to come back the next day (January 16) for the missing items replaced. I returned today (Jan 16) around 4 PM with the original receipt (which had Lexi's name on it) and waited quite a while at the drive through window. I finally received the salad and the dressings, but this time the cottage cheese was missing. Unfortunately, this meant two separate visits for one order, and it still wasn't complete either time. The Grilled Strawberry Poppyseed Salad is one of my favorites here, but these repeated mistakes with basic order accuracy and follow-through made for a very disappointing experience. I hope the team can improve on checking bags before handing them out and honoring make-good promises fully. I'd love to see better consistency of service so I can keep coming back. read more

My experience with Braum's was pretty positive the only thing that wasn't good was that it took a while for them to attend us, When they finally attended us it was a girl named Emily she was so nice and so patient with us. Even tho we had a language barrier we still made it work. It looked like she was trying to be fast as possible because of the line we had of course, she was probably tired from that late night shift, but she still had a good attitude and a smile on her face trying to keep the costumers satisfied. First of all, service was super slow. To be fair, it seemed pretty in the drive thru but that meant that the customers inside were neglected. I could understand it being slow, but it was to the point where I could've finished all my ice cream before my husband paid for both of ours. Honestly, we could've walked out without paying because they were not paying attention to anyone at the counter. I got a single scoop of birthday cake. I scraped off the top layer because whatever they last scooped still remained on the ice cream scoop. On top of that, my husband found plastic in his ice cream and spit it out. We picked up ice cream this afternoon around 4:30pm and it was PACKED. On a Monday. Inside and the drive-thru! Of course it's a million degrees outside, Braum's ice cream is delicious, and there's not much else to do during this pandemic -- so I suppose I understand the crowd. The drive-thru line moved pretty fast! We ordered 4 cups to go for me, Jon, and my parents to save for dessert after dinner. Jon got a double scoop of peanut cluster fudge (does anyone else dislike the word "cluster?!"), my parents did mint chip + chocolate chip, and I just had one scoop of mint chip. The woman who took our order was really kind to start listing off flavors when Jon couldn't decide what he wanted... hahah. I swear he decided really quickly though! The guy who gave us our ice cream wasn't so friendly. None of our ice cream had lids and were overflowing, so we asked politely if they had dome lids to spare. He just looked at us like we were weird and walked away. Then he came back and said "we don't have them." As he clearly dismissed us I asked for regular lids instead, please, and he huffed but gave them to us. I just squished the ice cream down beneath them. Despite that dude, we're Braum's fans. The ice cream is so good and super affordable. There's tons of flavors and always seasonal rotations. Plus they have sugar-free frozen yogurt options too. And their little grocery store inside is nice, has all your essentials, and even has gluten free goodies. When we dug into our ice cream after dinner, I realized my mint chip had some blue ice cream mixed into it. At first I thought it was just a tiny bit, but it was actually a decent amount! I wasn't sure what flavor it was, but it seemed vanilla-y, so I figured no big deal. But then I got a doughy bite... ehh. I searched around a little more and there were pieces of yellow cake in there! Birthday cake ice cream mixed with my mint chip, haha. Not the end of the world at all, but I do have celiac disease and can't eat gluten (boooo), so I couldn't continue eating it. :( My mom said she'll save it for another day though! Not much to say... $2 for double dipped ice cream. Extremely worth it and will be coming back more frequently. This place also uses real milk in their ice cream, and they have a lot of variety in ice cream flavors. For some reason, this location has a huge line in the drive thru towards nighttime, so plan accordingly! I recommend finding a spot to park in their lot and come inside to eat! read more

OMG. I have never experienced such poor service. We walk in to have some ice cream there are a couple of groups of people in front of us, no problem. We stand there for about 8 minutes watching the few employees there just kind of wandering around not doing much of anything, not acknowledging any of the customers in line for ice cream. After a few more minutes I ask the folks at the front of the line if they have ordered yet. They state they have been waiting for over 15 minutes and have not even been spoken to since they've been there. The ENTIRE STAFF at this location is rude. My family arrived last night (10/26) and ordered 2 frozen twists in cups and a small chocolate shake. We were at the first window for more than 15 minutes after paying only to wait. There were 4 individuals at the 2nd window servicing a cart of customers. They tried to give an SUV ahead of us 2 twist cones but the customer rejected them. Once we arrived at the window a heavy-set African American girl with fried hair down her back, without a hair net might I add, attempted to give us the same cones she attempted to give the previous customer. We let the heavy-set woman know that we ordered cups not cones. After the long wait and noticing that she'd just run an order outside and come back in only to TRY to give us two cones WITHOUT GLOVES, we just wanted a refund at this point. The girl told her shift leader we wanted a refund. There was a young African American teenage male in the back that shrugged his shoulders and said that he didn't care. The shift leader came And asked us for a receipt. My husband told her that our order should still be on the screen. She made us wait an additional 8 minutes to give our money back. Once we left. The heavy-set girl and the guy that shrugged his shoulders were out front leaving and hanging out at a car. Meanwhile, the drive-thru is wrapped down the block. ***UPDATE*** We tried to give this location a second chance today 10/27. We went in and they left the ice cream on the counter. We asked if that was our ice cream they said yes and that our food would take an additional 15 minutes because they JUST began to cook it. We told them, ok please make sure that our ice cream is fresh. We do not want this melted ice cream. We got our food and noticed that we were STILL missing fries. We told the shift leader/manager that our order was missing items she just walked away. No apology or anything! She gave us fries and said, "HERE, I GAVE YOU EXTRA CHICKEN STRIPS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE." I got into the car and shipped my shake only to feel clumps of chocolate syrup clogging my straw. We always try to visit Braums any time we are driving across the country. It seems that we never hit the same one twice. As always the hamburgers and ice cream did not disappoint. The hamburgers are always delicious. I would like to make one suggestion, offer an add-on of green chile to make it perfect. =) The ice cream I had this time was peppermint since it is getting close to Christmas, and I am feeling festive. It was creamy with just enough peppermint. I love that the franchise is not stingy with serving sizes either. The junior dipped cone was the perfect size to satisfy my fix and not leaving me hating myself in the A.M. Props to this Braums location for the best Braums burger in recent memory! I am a self-proclaimed connoisseur (is there another kind?) of the Braums burger, which sounds peculiar now that I've admitted it. I can't help it. I LOVE the Braums burger. It's fresh ingredients, seasoned patty made to order, and the foil wrap that keeps it warm until I'm done. Yummmm! The problem with Braums is the inconsistency across locations in the quality of the burger and accuracy of order fulfillment. Like others who have posted reviews here, it is too common an occurrence that we have to take a burger back because it's just not what we asked for. I love the burger and the price enough to put up with it. I've visited the drive-thru at this store three times and we finally came inside to sit down and eat. On all four occasions the burger here was correct, particularly good, and notably warmer than any Braums I've ever visited. My casual observation of the staff is that they are older than is typical. One guy looked to be 20 or so. Everyone else was older, some looking like retired people working a fun job. All were engaged and relaxed. And our order was brought to our table, a first time experience for me at Braums. I should note that there was no one in like before or after us. I will likely go out of my way to eat at this Braums, even though it's not the one closest to my home. read more

I've been here a bunch honestly. Roughly 60-70% of the time I have to ask them to re-blend something, have the wrong order, etc. About 90% of the time, nothing will be said to me from the time I enter until they're ready to take my order. I've been the only person in line before, had employees look me in the eye, and otherwise ignore me. I have even tried smiling at them (genuine smile, not that snarky smile a lot of people do) and they'll just give me a dead look and not even attempt to take my order or anything else.
