This is just based on the customer service. Nicole G was AMAZING she had a large crowd and went above and beyond. With short staff she had a pleasant attitude and still was able to make it work. She deserves a raise and some more staff. They are making it work though!! read more

bad customer service! Asked for a shake and was told they didn't have enough ice cream, the people in line after me ordered a blizzard and it was made for them. I was angry, not because of the ice cream but because they didn't make mine and when I confronted them about it they were flustered. and could not come up with a good explanatio. read more

If I could rate this place in the negative stars, I would do it a thousand times over. The workers are incompetent, especially the bigger woman named Grace, and a dark haired man, I didn't catch his name. 30 minutes before closing, I pulled up to the drive thru, to which I was not answered for 20 minutes, where the incompetent man walked outside and told me to pull to the window. When I pulled up, he took my order, which he got wrong and I had to repeat 3 separate times. Then, they took 25 minutes to make 4 blizzards. When he finally came back to the window to give me the blizzards, all 4 of them were melting, overflowing, and filled at least an inch above the brim. Every blizzard was filled with far too many toppings, some of which weren't even supposed to be in each blizzard, and had almost no actual ice cream, although it would be hard to tell since they were half melted by the time I got them. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, for any reason, no matter the circumstances. I think these employees deserve to be fired, and the restaurant should not be here anymore, but I think the immediate removal of these employees is a bare minimum. While I'm not surprised with the lack of quality, this is easily the worst food service I have ever received from any establishment. This will be posted on multiple other places as well, and I wish nothing but the worst on those employees and the people overseeing them. read more

This place is majorly lacking customer service. The people working here could care less about the food they serve, making you wait or anything. They take 0 pride in theirselves or job. It's so slow. Cold and old food when I did receive fries. I asked two times for onions on my Frito pie and they didn't add any. Also forgot to add utensils. read more

Very friendly but there was a lot of standing around and talking. We waited 30 minutes for a walk in to go order of a steak finger basket dinner and a kid's grilled cheese meal!! Somebody please buy this location and turn it into a Sonic. This Dairy Queen has run its course and needs to be put out of its misery. There is not much to choose from in this area and this ends up being a place we have to eat at maybe once a month. Last week I went once and then me and my husband went. When I went alone, I upsized my drink but received a medium. I told them, they gave me the correct size, and the lid was covered in Coke and dripping everywhere. When I ordered food for my husband and I, I upsized our fries and it was on the ticket but did not receive the upsized fries. I think "oh well" and drive off. We open our burgers and they are completely wrong. Unfortunately, wrong orders is the specialty of this place. The fries are almost never fresh, you have to wait a good 15 minutes for food (they make you pull around front so they walk it out to you), and you don't get what you order. Who knows who the manager is anymore, it used to be the nicest woman and she kept the place running pretty smoothly; not anymore. I'd say to keep your order simple, ice cream and drinks only, but I've done that and still gotten the wrong thing so maybe just skip this place altogether. I'd give zero stars but instead I'll give two because it used to be good and the staff isn't rude, just not entirely competent. read more

Dear dq please hire someone who remotely gives a shit about my food and my time. Furthermore please put someone in charge of taking orders who can actually complete the task instead of just throwing random shit in a bag and then making me wait outside for 45 minutes while I watch them play grab ass the whole time. Also do your fries come stale from the head quarters or do I pay extra for that? I get it every one is screaming covid.. we're doing the best we can! NO! Not here! This place might have been the shit 5 years ago but for the last 3 year it has been the absolute worse place i have ever been. Yes i keep going back in hope the special needs kid got hired. That kid cares, and would run circles around the current staff. This is the only place i have ever had to repeat my order 4 times because they were in the middle of a texting conversation. The other day i ordered 2 tacos (on taco Tuesday) i got 2 burgers! And yesterday i gave the girl exact change, she stared at it in disgust then glared at me before putting it in the drawer. After talking about this place with my coworkers, everyone one of them laughed and shared their traumatic experience they had.. the locals have a game they play. It's called DQ roulette. Over the past few years this place has gone downhill I used to think it was the best one in Texas my last few visits lead me to think it has to be one of the top worst dining restaurants in Texas there is no quality in the food our service and when you order your food more than likely it will be wrong This place now does not even deserve the one star it is definitely a negative restaurant and from what I can tail 90% of the community agrees with me there needs to be change to this Dairy Queen I definitely would not recommend dining here read more

Such a nice young man waited on us today when we visited this location! He answered our questions about the flavors of Blizzards and made them very quickly and efficiently. They were made just right! It's a DQ, if you have lofty expectations of a DQ you will be disappointed. I love this stop when we're driving through. Staff have always been friendly and they're remodeled bathroom is a significant improvement. My choice is usually the steak fingers with a cone. read more

This DQ store has won several awards & one of the reasons why we have been patrons through the years via our travel. This week's visit, however, presented some apparent changes& I'm wondering if it is under new management. The staff was friendly as usual, but the dining area just didn't seem clean and the Men's room had urine on the seat & floor. I'm not sure what is going on with DQ these days, but this is the 2nd store on this particular trip where we noticed a serious decline in standards & cleanliness. read more
