Haven't been here in a long time (years) They have remodeled and did a very good job. Place is busy as it's Saturday. Lots of Saff that seem to be working well together. Ordered the Shrimp basket & a 3 patty burger combo. The burger was pretty good. I have had so many DQ burgers that were just terrible. This one was hot, fresh and darn good. Shrimp basket was my wife's. She liked it, but shrimp were really small. It was fresh. Lunch was good. Basic stuff. Place was very clean and staff were great. I would come back here in future. Amazing service! We were on a road trip and decided to stop for lunch and a blizzard and the gentleman taking our order was delightful. Between customers he was running to the dining area to clean tables and take out trash. I imagine it is a tough job keeping up with all the customers coming in to a DQ off the highway when it's connected to a gas station. Complete waste of money. Stopped on the way while on a road trip and when I pulled the food out it was ice cold. 2 burgers, onion rings and cheese curds all cold. It wasn't even 5 minutes after getting our food when I pulled it out and found it cold. Was on the highway at that point so I couldn't turn around. Waste of $30 I am never coming again and don't recommend anyone else to. Save your time and money. read more

This was a story of hanger-to-happy. I was making the trek from St. George to Salt Lake City when I noticed that I was getting more annoyed with other drivers than necessary. Then it hit me-it was time to eat. I got off at the closest exit and found myself at DQ inside a gas station. It's been years since I've visited a DQ, and now I wonder why I waited so long. The chicken fingers and fries were the perfect cure for my grumbly tummy. I'm not one to leave reviews but man this experience was amazing! This is THE best blizzard I've ever had. The kind where you can dip it upside down, where the ice cream is thick and stands up taller than the cup, and the candies were bigger, crunchy pieces. The staff was so friendly. The two girls in the front were so sweet and really cared about your experience. I was sure to let them know they did a great job! Definitely redeemed Dairy Queen for me. I cannot believe i'm reviewing a DQ. So we stop here all the time due to the EV charging. the last few times, the staff are FRIENDLY and the guy making the food is super fast, efficient and his food comes out organized and clean. This is my favorite spot for chili cheese dogs! Not a lot of ppl know about this place since it's located inside a Chevron off the freeway in Beaver. If you are traveling to St George , mesquite or Vegas you need to stop buy this Dairy Queen! Staff is always friendly. Their chicken tenders are bomb bomb also! While you are at the Chevron might as well fill up on gas. There is always a few guys at the pumps that comes out to give you a friendly greetings. When you pull up they will start cleaning your windshield. I usually gives them a few bucks for their kindness but it's not necessary. The reason I like their chili cheese dogs better then other Dairy Queen is because their cheese on top is actually melted. I've tried to go to a few Dairy Queen's in town but it's just not the same! All the Dairy Queen's in town I found that the cheese is never melted, which makes me sad. You have to just try it and let me know what you think. read more

Waited 30 min at drive through window for our food before asking for a refund. During that 30 min wait time not one of the employees checked in to tell us what was going on or the reason why it was taking forever to get our food. The back up in the drive through and the amount of people in the lobby waiting was ta lot. read more

Beaver, Utah This place has just about anything you need for your road trip including a clean restroom. We had a 50 minute charge at this location, so there was not a lot to do here. Already had breakfast, too early for lunch. read more

Food was great as always. Service was awful. They gave us an attitude while ordering. Messed up one of the order and we followed up how much longer after waiting for 10 minutes..She annoyingly replied "I don't know." Maybe understaffed or tired but still unacceptable. Not only did this place make me wait half an hour for my food, they also messed up my order THREE TIMES. I got a cheeseburger with no meat or mustard, onion rings, and a drink. First I didn't get the drink. Then, my sandwich had meat even though the receipt CLEARLY SAID NO MEAT! When they finally made it with no meat, it had mustard and no cheese. Plus, I had to wait another 20 minutes just for slices of cheese for my stupid sandwich. And we didn't even get a refund or anything even though I ended up eating a sandwich with mustard because I couldn't handle the mess of having them start over fully for a third time. Gross, cold food, terrible service, dirty and loud restaurant, and bugs coming in from the attached gas station. This place has no good qualities and should not be visited EVER. read more

Great food and location and excellent customer service. Tied to a Chevron gas station that has very clean restrooms and friendly attendants that clean your windows. Definitely my go to stopover for fuel and food and drinks. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When I stepped up to order my food. A young girl, by the name Lisa, appeared to take my order and when I started to order she turned her back to me and started laughing. Another employee came over and sarcastically apologized and took my order. I was so taken a back by this! First it's dairy queen I love their peanut buster my favorite second the staff is very friendly and helpful I pulled up to the drive thru window yesterday and asked for a cup of water no ice for my thirsty puppy when I got to the window he found the perfect size cup and was more than happy to fill it with water also he didn't even charge for the cup way to go above and beyond to help I will be back!!! read more

I'm a long haul trucker. I stop at this dq about twice a month on my way out of town. Today seriously aggravated me. I ordered a chicken mozzarella sandwich. Bread, sauce, chicken fingers and cheese. Simple right? Apparently not for this place. Only customer in the place and it took them 20 minutes to put my sandwich together. I leave thinking ah it should be fresh anyway... The chicken is rock hard and cold and the cheese isn't melted. I'm pissed and won't go back. read more
