Unfortunately for those working at this DQ, the higher ups do not provide their franchise with a working chocolate icecream machine. It is CONSTANTLY broken, and the workers are continually having to apologize for the disinterest of the owner. Laughably bad experience-our first and what will be our last visit. Saw through the window a kitchen worker ladle up food for herself and then eat it. This DQ is the complete opposite of the one on 70 S. Though the 70 S one is closer, we now default to this DQ due to the fact that the inside is always open and the staff are prompt, courteous and clearly know what they're doing. We just left this establishment. Absolutely horrible service. Waited over 15 minutes for food. The salad was so bad, I had to reorder something else. I didn't complain, simply ordered a chicken basket. Waited another 13 minutes....with no on e else in the restaurant. Workers on their phones in the kitchen, while we wait...in an empty dining room for "fast" food. No "sorry for your wait" or any attempt to acknowledge how ridiculous this was. Does DQ no longer include toast with their chicken strip baskets? This is the second time in a row I've ordered the 4 piece basket and NOT received toast. Of course the other negative part (which I think everyone knows) is that their chicken strips are also insanely small compared to how they used to be. And lastly, my chocolate shake came with no whipped cream on top (guessing they were out?) and the shake itself tasted off compared to their tasty normal ones-- it almost tasted more like cocoa or something? Not a great experience tonight. I'm not one to leave a negative review after one trip, but it's been a few times now that have been negative. I live fairly close to this dairy queen and have been several times. Today I went 11:10 so only one in line. The last few times have not been good with not nearly!!!! enough fries for a large and for what you pay. I tried one more time today and not only were my lg fries not done the box is only about 70% full if that and that is how it is everytime. I won't be going back. Price was 7.58 for a lg coke and lg fry. Not worth it at all!!!!!! Too bad and so sad!! read more

Every time I come here to get a blizzard, they get it right 50% of the time. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a frosted animal cookie blizzard, extra animal cookie. She read it back to me at the drive thru and when she handed to me at the window. I got a frosted animal cookie blizzard extra snickerdoodle. Disgusting. I look at the receipt and it says, "Lg Blizzard Frosted Animal Cookie X-Snickerdoodle." If you want to take a 50/50 chance your order is correct this is the Dairy Queen for you. Not very good. Ordered 1/4 meal, with mustard, ketchup, & onion only. I got a little onion and ketchup, and I'm guessing 10 packs of mustard. It was so heavy I had to scrape some of it off and it was still too much. I feel like they overcharged me 1.00 from what I was told at the menu board, but got no receipt (paid cash). Beware. everytime i have come here we've had problems. usually staff is extremely rude and short tempered. drive through always takes 15-20 even if there are no other cars. we only ordered a large fry and small reese's icecream and we had to wait 20 minutes with no one in front of us. absolutely do not recommend. read more

The hours listed online never match this locations actual closing time. They are one of the earliest fast food restaurants around here to close, usually 8pm but I've passed them several times going home earlier than that and they looked closed. Overpriced and frequently get things wrong with my orders. Employees look at me like I'm stupid or they're high. Had a promotional item listed on their menu as part of the $4 snack deal, but when I tried to order it the employee argued that it wasn't part of it, even though it was clearly listed as an option for the deal! Took a picture of the drive thru menu where it had the deal and showed it to the manager, but she didn't seem to care and looked annoyed at me, as if the mistake on the menu was my fault. I'm always nice to customer service workers because I know what it's like to have that kind of job, but they are always so rude and annoyed with me no matter what I do that I've stopped eating here and only pop in occasionally if I am given a gift card or something. Really disappointed in their recent service (of the past two years) because I used to come and eat here all the time when I was in high school on dates, so this particular location used to mean a lot to me because it was my first date with my fiancé. terrible service. Ordered a hot fudge Sunday and cup of ice cream. I counted 10 employees and 4 additional customers in the store. First is they rung up the order incorrect then said they would handle it. Took over 5 minutes to bring it out to us and the order was wrong, it came out the way they incorrectly entered it. Then 10 minutes later they still had not brought our order to the table, some excuse about the ice cream not up to temperature. REALLY. you are an ice cream store and your ice cream is not available???? I went and asked for a refund as we just wanted to get out of there. Well this was another 5 minute ordeal as they were trying to get a manager to OK the refund.
