When ordering thru the window, I was being loud, and clear, yet he wanted to say it wasn't loud enough (I was already yelling), told me to pull to the window. We wanted one more item and he was rude, even after I apologized (I shouldn't have) Then at the end said, "Next time speak clear and loud, or else come inside," in a very rude and demanding tone. After I didn't answer he said. "okay?" This behavior is not okay, it's his job to listen clearly and if we are trying to get our food fast we will not be going inside. read more

Service was actually pretty contradictory to recent reviews. They were very accommodating with food allergies making sure that hands were washed and food was prepped separately. Only suggestion would be to fix the drive thru speaker as no sound but static comes through read more

Today I chose to get DQ's salad. I had the best experience with the two young gentlemen who work there. Each person's kind personality, came with smiles and the chicken strip salad was awesome and very generous for the price! I'm definitely getting more food from here. Every time I attempt to order a brownie batter blizzard they never put near enough chocolate sauce in. This used to be such a rich, chocolatey & decadent blizzard. Now every time I try to get one it tastes like mediocre vanilla ice cream with brownie pieces. Definitely nothing like a brownie batter flavor. I have ordered it before with extra sauce, but at $5 for a medium (which is actually pretty small) I shouldn't have to pay for extra sauce to get what I actually ordered! This Dairy Queen delivers consistently poor service. Year in and year out you can count on this location to provide poor service, consistently provide incorrect orders, along with slow service times. This location has everything going for it in terms of physical location with proximity to a large park with a bike path, it is truly a shame how poorly this location is ran. I haven't been to Dairy in years due to poor service in the past. I'm glad I decided go tonight. First I noticed how clean it was and that it was remodeled. You can certainly tell It's under new management. Uniforms were clean, and the staff was polite. My order was taken and my food was served hot in decent timing. The ice cream wasn't bad either!. Bad service. Didn't mix my blizzard. Forgot to wash their hands before making my slushy so my cup was full of chocolate. My freeze was so bad and not mixed that I had to throw it away because I couldn't stand the taste. It's not that hard to stick a cup in a mixer and leave it there until it's mixed. But the worker was too worried about her surroundings and people around her she decided it would be okay to pay less attention to the person who is giving money to their business. I would not recommend this place. The workers will just talk to the people around them and treat their customers with little respect. read more

My friend said he would rather eat his own shit! Worst idea ever! Me and my friend ordered a S'mores and a Cookie Dough blizzard. Apparently they forgot the toppings in the blizzard. If we wanted straight ice cream, we would have went to Woodman's and grabbed our own ice cream. I don't know how this place is still open. And we had to order from the window, not even by the menu. Really friendly people work here, and its across the street from a very nice park. That's about all I have to say about it.

So bad it's nearly laughable. I stopped in here on my way home from work to get a malt. Just a malt, that's it. At an ice cream place. I've had really bad luck with their drive through being ridiculously slow, so I decided to go in....thinking maybe that was faster. There was one other couple in there waiting for an order. I saw three employees, one sitting in the back on her cellphone. One manning the drive-thru and one at the cash register. I ordered my malt....and I waited. And waited. And waited. 15 minutes later another couple had come in and ordered and now we were all sitting and waiting. 20 minutes went by and I finally approached the counter and told them I had to get going and how much longer was this "fast food" malt going to be. The girl at the counter huffed a bit, as if to say "we are so busy" (um...no, dear...you're not) and then threw together my malt....it came out 1/2 blended with big chunks of malt mix in it. Yeah, avoid like the plague. If it's summer and you want a decent ice cream treat, check out Dari Rippl! SOOOO much better and super fast (even though they have less people working) read more

I just went to this dairy queen, and the lady who was at the cash register took forever on the card for the lady in front of me..... She seemed distress and pissed off... She tryed to make it look like a joke but her joke wasn't funny especially when there is many people behind us..... I wish I had gotten the "really friendly people" that work here when I took three hot, sweaty, thirsty kids in the drive thru after a long play session at the park yesterday. I waited to post until today, thinking I might be less upset, but I'm still feeling like we weren't treated like we should have been. After shouting my order into the speaker several times (the girl couldn't hear me, and I couldn't hear her either) I pulled up to the window and waited over 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Then a girl opened it and asked if I wanted a drink carrier. I didn't. I saw four employees standing around, one customer inside, one car behind me. How do four slushes take that long to make? After another couple minutes a different girl opened the window and passed the drinks out. I had to inform her that no one had collected a payment. She said no one told her that, then took my money and told me to have a nice day, all with a stone cold stare on her face. No apology, no smile. Disappointing. read more

Went here for lunch w my fiance, ordered two baskets, fairly easy, one minus tomato, the other minus onions, we waited not even kidding twenty minutes at a FAST FOOD place in the drive thru for our food, got it, drove away and realized we were missing one of the sandwiches completely...and to no surprise at this point, the sandwich we got had tomatoes on it!! Called and the lady apologized, went back to get the sandwich she realized she forgot to put in the bag "right as we drove off" and wouldn't ya know..went back to get it and it was hard as a rock (clearly sitting under a heat lamp) and the greasiest sandwich I have ever seen, needless to say, this dairy queen is a total joke! read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. This Dairy Queen is disguising!! I worked here for about 6 months. The manager used to live in the basement (in the manger office), she literally used to sleep down there every night. There's no structure or direction amongst the employees whatsoever, so nothing gets cleaned. I've seen employees drop chicken on the kitchen floor and pick it up and hand it out the window like nothing happened. One of the employees put a cherry in his mouth, took it back out, and put it on top of someone's sundae. There's also a mouse that lived there (ew) so long that they actually named it (his name was George). As if it wasn't bad enough, the manager (who lived in the basement) would stay in bed half the day and not even come upstairs until 3 or 4 hours after opening, while leaving 1 employee (usually me) to handle lunch rush alone and would still clock her hours as open to close. None of the employees got paid what they're worth (lower than minimum wage). I cannot stress enough how disgusting, unhealthy, and damaged this place is. I will NEVER return here and I will NEVER recommend it as a place to eat, or as a job read more
