Not checking in... waited inside for 10 minutes while 8 people behind the counter - including the manager 'worked'. Most concentrating on the drive thru, but the majority didn't seem to know what was going on. As the line grew, I asked if one of the 8 could run the register. One stared at me with a blank stare and said "huh" then I was told to just wait. At that point I told them I would spend my money elsewhere and left. It didn't seem to bother them. Placed a mobile order to be ready at 8:33pm. Arrived at 8:45pm, order was not ready, they never received it, and they refused to make it despite being shown the order in the DQ app and my email order confirmation. I am currently going through DQ customer service online form submission to get a refund, but I would never suggest this location due to their lack of care/concern. I was told by a manager that "that has nothing to do with me. I can't make an order I didn't receive" and upon being shown the order confirmation in both email and the app, was told "but I don't know that you paid." No effort put in to figuring out what went wrong with the technology, just blatant refusal to assist/provide the order regardless. read more

We took the drive through to get dilly bars to go and with only one car it took 4-5 minutes to get prepackaged boxes of ice cream bars. I hardly frequent DQ but my midwestern wife still has affinity for this place. Every time I try to give them another chance it backfires. From now on I am a Culver's guy ! read more

Understaffed. There were only 2 employees working the counter and the drive thru. The drive thru was getting priority. Had to wait to get waited on, the napkin dispenser was empty and most of the tables were dirty. The employees were moving; I doubt if either of them got a break. There needed to be a 3rd person to take orders at the counter, keep supplies filled and clean the tables. read more

Now the issue is that this has happened to me now the second time coming to the Dairy Queen here. Upon coming her I was treated very poorly and was completely disrespected by the manager or woman that was working this evening. I was wearing a hat that she got really bothered over, she was shaking her head at me, talking about me behind my back, secretly talking over her shoulder to some young teenage blonde girl coworker of hers, and kept looking at me, and was bickering to her other employees and laughing at me along with her employees staring at me. She was not friendly to me and upon coming into the store she even complained to her female employee working that she didn't want to help me. I was also not being helped and stood by the registers for 5 minutes with nobody helping me. She also never once greeted me never once made eye contact with me and never said goodbye until I said have a goodnight and she then sighed and said "Yeah sure, you too". I can't believe that the place I have been coming to for many many years has now become a disgustingly awkward and unenjoyable place to go to in fear of how I am going to be greeted and treated as a lifelong paying customer of Dairy Queen of all locations. The first time I came in wearing my political hat she did the exact same thing to me. I don't appreciate the second round of harassment and unfair treatment that I have received. Every once in a while I get in a groove. Some might call it a rut, but they'd be wrong. For a good 6 month period I visited this particular Dairy Queen as often as I possibly could. I'd rush from work just to try and squeeze into the drive thru by the time they closed up shop, pushing it to the wire. I'd only be a few words into my order and they recognized me. Apparently, they anticipated my presence, even in the last few minutes of their shift, so they'd keep the grill warm just for me, wondering where I was if I didn't quite make it. I think in 40 orders, they may have gotten something wrong once, but something minor like a small fry instead of a large fry. I'm fickle and sometimes want a large. Sue me.
