I recently ordered the Chicken Strips and Gravy, Fries, a Dr. Pepper, and a Chocolate Sundae. It was all delicious. Great service.

Just OK Dairy Queen, they are slow with the Blizzards and usually not mixed well. Before you leave make sure they gave you spoons!

I'm not sure you ca. the bad taste in your mouth from the employee experience causes everything to taste bad figuratively and literally. We had an experience with an employee who was rude. And the manager on duty was not able to act in a manager fashion. Not sure if she even was trained how to deal with this situation. The manager on duty made sure to try an embarrass us even further by turning to other customers and stating she is sorry to them That they had to witness and hear our complaint. We were not loud or anything at this time. I don't believe that is something a manager should do in our presence. That just makes us as customers feel like we are beneath you. And we aren't. We are all equals in this world. After that. Words were exchanged between both parties that were not professional. That pretty much ended the conversation and we left.

It was ridiculous. A young zombie like employee girl takes the box from me after I explained the situation and opens it and walks to the back and some sloppy looking assistant manager comes out and tells me I'm out of luck. Because I ate most of the sandwich (I ate half of it). I explained the situation again...he sarcastically says there is nothing he can do. No money back..no can we make you another one. No checking their fryers to see if something was wrong. Their first reaction is that I was trying to rip them off for a chicken sandwich!!??!! AND they took my cold sandwich to the back...it could have had done God knows what done to it. Totally unacceptable. We have been loyal Culver's customers in the past...probably twice a month we would go. But after multiple times of them forgetting our order at their different locations...leaving us waiting 20-30 minutes outside because they are absolutely horrible at making and delivering food...or just simply training employees to take initiative and solve issues for customers. Or to just notice someone who is waiting for an exorbitant amount of time and check on where their order is etc. For this recent cold chicken sandwich issue, I ran the issue up the chain and contacted corporate through their website and nobody from the corporate office bothered to contact me back. The Strongsville store is the only one that is halfway competent. This Brunswick store and the Medina one are absolute crap. Employees who don't give a damn about making sure food is done right. Don't give a damn about a customer left waiting for 25 minutes in the parked drive thru line while their food sat on the counter and wasn't delivered. Regardless, after this last incident, we are done going to Culver's. For the cost of making another chicken sandwich to solve an issue, you've lost years of revenue from us. Whoever is in charge of training and setting policy toward customer interactions is horrendous and should be fired. So long!!

The guy at the register was very helpful with the menu and suggestions. They were quick to make our food and we enjoyed it there. They make smashburger style meat for their burgers and it was nicely seasoned. The texture was on the dry side though. The buns and toppings were great. There fries were also very nice, crunchy, and spiced well. This is mostly a carry-out joint, but they have a couple of tables inside to eat at. Overall, nice place for lunch.

But whoever is grilling the burgers at the other location is who is keeping me coming back. Other than that, other location is farther from me, it's worth a drive. What I really like about this place is the fresh meat and the disclaimer about the meats and how it's prepare. Well, I didn't like this time around is at the meat lacked seasoning, and the meat did not have that crispy edge or the juiciness in comparison to the other location. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location unless I'm really thirsty for a good burger. If this is your first time at this location, then yes it's delicious. It's one of the best burgers in Cleveland. If you visit the other location first you're definitely gonna be disappointed when you go to this one.

We realized one of our drinks was the wrong size, which is absolutely not the end of the world, but we paid for it so we were just going to ask for the right size. The same employee who handed us out food, made eye contact multiple times and was purposely ignoring us. We just ended up driving off because we were holding up the line. Dude, the world doesn't revolve around you. LOL The service here is very good, all of the employees are very nice. I guess I could say it is a bit slower than other locations I have visited, but it isn't like the wait time disrupted my day. I noticed an early review about undercooked fries and this must have been addressed because the fries were crispy and on point. I actually overheard a manager telling an employee to be sure the fries are cooked the proper amount of time. Seems like they are taking feedback and making adjustments. Not the best Chick-fil-A I have ever visited, but certainly not one that I would avoid. Good food, nice people, solid fast food choice.
