We stopped in for blizzards. The place was pretty busy. We went inside to order instead of going through the drive thru. We were greeted and almost immediately waited on. We did seem to wait a little longer than average for our order, but they were pretty busy so I understand. However, we were given our order and immediately left due to the crowd of people and that's when I realized they gave me the wrong blizzard. I think they mixed mine up with the gentlemen that ordered after us. I should have went back, but didn't want to wait another 15 minutes. Yes. Overall I would consider this a good place for ice cream and ice cream cakes. The fast food aspect is not as good but that is simply a matter of my opinion, personally I'd rather get a burger elsewhere. That being said the food is still good here. read more

Both of the owners (husband and wife) were working during our visit. There were 7 of us and we needed a bit of time to figure out our order. They were very patient and extremely helpful offering suggestions. They even gave us a generous sample of the new snickerdoodle blizzard for us to try. It was so kind and unexpected. I usually don't write reviews but the customer service here was so stellar that I felt like I needed to hop on and leave them a great review. Will definitely be visiting this location again! This DQ always gets my order wrong. Burger was not hot. Bun was stale. Tasted like it had sat in the warmer too long. I had ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and I could tell that they took a burger with lettuce and tomato already on it and slapped Swiss cheese and mushrooms over it. Cheese was not even melted. Just OK Dairy Queen, they are slow with the Blizzards and usually not mixed well. Before you leave make sure they gave you spoons!

During the summer, they need to have longer hours, open till 10 doesn't seem logical. But who am I to say? They have okay service, we always get our ice cream cakes from here, and they are the best. Will return. read more

I have loved DQ for a very long time. Normally every location has some differences, but the quality of food is typically the same. Unfortunately, for this location (Brunswick OH, Pearl Rd.) the quality of everything deserves less than one star. The staff is incompetent, in terms of customer service and the food they provide. Normally when I get fries from other locations, they are falling out of the container due to being overfilled, which of course I appreciate. At this location, they are always less than full. With Ice-cream, when I order a medium, I get less than a small. They apparently never learned how to fill up an ice-cream cone, since this is the only location where my ice-cream cone looks like something a three year old would try to do. The ice-cream is almost always starting to melt even before they hand it to me. If I ask for it to be dipped in chocolate, they hand me something that is half melted, falling off the cone, and extra small in size. One time I purchased a cake from this location, it was already starting to show signs of being frost bitten, either by being too old or by them not monitoring the freezer temperature properly. Several of my friends have reported the exact same experience here. I heard this place was under new management, so I tried going back today (4/24/16), looks like nothing has changed, still the exact same joke of service and food as always. From now on, I will drive the extra 10 minutes to get the the wonderful DQ options located in Strongsville or Medina. This location is an absolute joke... They need to fire all of the old staff and replace them with competent people. I hate to say it, but don't waste your money going here, there are plenty of other ice-cream places nearby. read more

I've tried this location 3 times, and each time I've been disappointed. I always go around what I consider to be dinner time(between 5 and 7), however, my food is always obviously old. I usually go for the chicken strip basket. The tenders are so small and hardly have any meat. I don't think ill go back for food. read more

Went to a drive through at Dairy Queen in Brunswick non Pearl Rd. For Carmel blizzard and I was waiting 25 minutes. The worker was really rude to me and didn't want to hear what I have to say. She closed the window on me as I was telling her that I wasn't happy with the long waiting. I'll never go there again nor my friends and family. read more

Went to the drive through. Employees were rude. Showed me my blizzard upside down with the lid on. I asked how can I see that it is not falling out of the cup with the lid on. She shrugged shoulders and told me she is allowed to do it that way and closed window. Will never go here again. read more
