I went inside to pick up my mobile app order. I was more than 5 minutes early but my order was already ready. I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs, regular onion rings, a small hot fudge sundae & a medium chocolate shake. The girl that helped me didn't have a name tag on and wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. I felt like a bother to her. She never said hello, thank you, have a great day etc. My chili cheese dogs were placed on end in the bag with the onion rings next to them with a thin napkin over them. When she handed me the bag (upright, not on it's side) & I saw that, I took the items out saying, "Uh-oh, the chili cheese dogs are on their ends." & placed them side by side in the bottom of the bag with the onion rings next rings on top of them. She & another girl watched me do this, neither apologizing or commenting. She handed me my other items & I left. When I got to my car to eat, the chili cheese dogs were lukewarm at best. The "hot" fudge sundae was tiny ($4) & the fudge was cold, not even warm. This DQ used to have good service but that wasn't my experience today. read more

Horrible. And NOT the first time I've had bad service or had to go back because my order was not right. This time I ordered and paid for an additional topping in my blizzard. Left and found they didn't add it. Went back and they remade it but half of the ice cream on top was plain vanilla because they neglected to stir it in all the way, and I still couldn't see any of the oreo I asked for. Although the food was good I just want to talk about the service and how I was treated while working there, I started working there during the summer and was told "we are like a family you will fit in" while I had made a few friends while working there we only got 2 days of training (I was hired as a cashier and during those two days I didn't get any training for that) the day we were gonna work at cashiers is the day we got a lil input on how to use them and still had to work in the back which was frustrating, I closed a lot of the time at night since I was a Night Shift worker (picture this i have been diagnosed with Anxiety and possible Autism henceforth I needed more time to adjust to this Job and get trained more since I can't remember half of what I learn unless I'm doing it consistently every day, I only did cashier for about a week I was still new at it and the female assistant manager would get irritated easily and was just plain rude most of the time while the guy one was more chill and understanding and even encouraging! The work environment was not in fact a "family" and basically you were on your own if you were new and just had to sit there while they chatted and whispered amongst themselves, after about a month of working I got a call saying I wasn't living up to their standards () after I had worked my ass off for a month to live up to it they said I had to clean the restaurant (sweep,mop,do bathrooms and STILL run cashier in the process) all under a hour, keep in mind I'm not a professional cleaner but my other parents are and said that was even impossible, I wasn't trained to clean as much when I started only got a fragment of what to do but since I didn't close every night it went in one ear and out the other, I genuinely think if they had more better staff and more training days I would of lasted and maybe even have been a better worker, I've been very anxious to start a new job as I could even say my last supervisor was traumatizing for me on how she acted and treated me. Just wanted to say if you consider working here if this is a good work environment for you go for it but personally will not be working for any Dairy Queen that is owned by this manager ever again read more

Every experience we have had their is far from five stars. The first visit we both ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket that contained tiny pieces that didn't even add up two six. Really disappointed from my experience tonight. I've grown up in the valley and have come to this location a lot but it's getting really bad. The staff don't care and are rude. Tonight after a 13 hour shift in the hospital all I wanted was chicken strips and a lemonade. I ordered for me and boyfriend, upgrading both our drinks to a large. The "supervisor" handed me straws, napkins, and our food then sent me on my way. As soon as I got to my boyfriends house(lives literally 2 minutes away) I realized I never got the drinks, he hopped in the car with me and went back to get the drinks not even 5 minutes after I had left the drive through. Instead of working with me the supervisor told me "No, I did hand them to you so you're not getting new ones." I explained exactly what happened and she keeps repeating in a very rude way that she is sure that she handed them to me, she was very unprofessional about it and really sounded like she was accusing me of lying. I asked if I could get a refund for the drinks then and she told me no. I asked if someone could watch the camera footage and she tells me that absolutely no one working has any access to cameras at all. In reality it's only a couple bucks so I probably won't waste more time on this but it's really disappointing to see how rude people are there and getting called a liar after supporting the business for as long as I can remember. My wife and I stopped into the Central Point DQ restaurant. To buy the 5 dollar deal meal. I was told it was passed 4:00pm and the 5 dollar deal meal was over. I could buy a regular chicken strip meal and buy the drink separately. So I wound up paying about 14 dollars for our meal. I was told I could go the the Medford, Oregon DQ's and they will let me recorder the 5 dollar meal there after the the 4:00 PM. But they stick to 4:00 PM rules at this restaurant. Central Point, Dairy Queen Drive Through: What a horrible experience along with horrible unfriendly service. ordered the chicken and biscuits. Asked for an extra gravy. Picked up my order at the window and drove home. After getting home and opening the bag/box I could not find any gravy. None anywhere. Made a phone call was treated rudely, I told them I driving back and I would like my two gravy's, I did not even get a "I'm Sorry for the problem". Drove back and waited in line finally got to the window. I told them I called regarding picking up the gravy for my chicken and biscuits. I was asked for my receipt, I said you didn't tell me when I called I needed a receipt, I left it at home with my wife. I drove all the way back here and even though I called and you know I'm here to pick up the gravy you insist on seeing my receipt. I said you look it up it wasn't but 15 minutes ago. She slammed the window. Next thing I know the window opens and she hands me two gravy containers. Then she proceeds to tell me next time have your receipt. I said one I'll never be back to this establishment and two this wouldn't be an issue if you did your job properly. She looked at me with a scowl and then slammed the window on me again. Consistently under-mixes blizzards, does not season fries, does not correctly fulfill orders, and has a very long wait time. I have yet to recieve a dipping sauce from this establishment without having to physically walk in and ask multiple times, forget drive through. Has an unusually high turnover rate amongst the local high school population. From what I have heard from former employees at the high school level, management has unreasonable expectations for minor's work hours and does not respect the staff's class schedules. I assume the poor service is due to understaffing and lack of motivation amongst the remaining staff as a result of this behavior. read more
