Every time we come here our blizzards are never mixed all the way through. Really disappointing already, but then today they handed out three blizzards overflowing and full, followed by my blizzard which wasn't even filled to the top. Also put the wrong ingredients in even after explaining what I wanted. (A Georgia Mudfudge blizzard which I know is old but they assured me they could make it and then put the wrong ingredients in -- Oreos and 0 brownies.) There was one guy there that was holding it down. Guy, that star is for you. I ordered 2 blizzards on the app, and it took 30 minutes for them to be ready. Let me tell you about this little place called Dairy Queen. For one I asked for a 6 piece tender basket for my starving boyfriend, and they gave me 3.... With cold fries and no excitement. Now he's gonna starve. So thanks Dq. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for my food with a line behind me, only for them to tell me, they forgot about my order. Wow. Sat in the drive thru as the only car and saw inside, not busy or anything. Sat there for a good ten minutes. They almost forgot to give me my other drink, and also forgot to give back my DEBIT CARD. To top it off the forgot two sauces I requested for my meal. Been a shame since the Dairy Queen that was in Watertown never disappointed but this one has so far. I was there last week and the food took over a half hour to come out and when it finally did it was terrible. The employees at the front end were very apologetic but the management and the cooking staff were in the back yelling and fighting while all us customers were waiting for our food. It's a 1 star only b/c it's required to leave a review. 16July2023 around 830pm I visited this establishment. The food was horrible. I ordered a chili/cheese dog. The chili looked like dog food- burnt and dry. I took it back b/c they forgot the cheese. When they handed it back I could tell they just threw cheese on top and put it in the microwave--so long the cheese evaporated. I also had a cheese burger that I ask for with no mustard. It came w mustard. And when I took it back the fix was to add more ketchup on top. I could still see the MUSTARD!! I ate my blizzard (it was ok) and left. Save your time and money read more

I don't even know where to begin!! How, as an employee can you honestly look at this piece of chicken and feel it's okay, feel good, feel that it's satisfactory to place this piece of chicken on this bread (mind you the bun is bigger than the piece of chicken by far) Would it be okay for them to receive this sandwich? To serve it to their family? I'm rather disappointed, saddened rather that the employee felt it okay to make that sandwich and I was to be charged full price. Maybe the employees need a refresher on how to make their food? They need something to show them, this isn't okay. It would have been a 4 or 5 star review but the checkout took me a hundred years. The food took about as long to prepare as I would expect. I like the place it's really clean and nice inside. No seating at the moment. But the booths look really comfortable if they reopen them. Great location close to drum. So that's good. read more

Whatever staff that was working on Monday the 8th at 6 pm is hands down the rudest people i've ever met. i pulled up to the window and the girl did not say one word to me.. whatever, people have bad days. then i realized they got my order wrong so i had to go inside. Messed up orders, rude employees and managers, General manager isn't ever available and won't follow up with customer complaints. The food is too expensive for what it is and to have orders messed up every time. It's a direct reflection of the management team. Thankfully I'm not on the DQ payroll or responsible quality control, but that begs the question of who is? If you can't even get the ice cream orders right then perhaps someone needs retrained or a supervisor needs to check the orders before they go to the customer. I'll definitely be lodging a complaint with the corporate HQ. I'd be surprised if this establishment or at least the leadership at this location survive another year. read more

This Dairy Queen is the freaking worst. I've already left a bad review before. They are fine when you go and pick up the food but when we get it delivered it's AWFUL. We ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket w/ fries, gravy and ranch. We also ordered a flamethrower burger, a large fry (separate from the burger) and a hot dog. The chicken strip basket came separated so the chicken, toast and the fries were in their own separate boxes. We don't care about that but his gravy wasn't there and neither was his ranch. We didn't get the large fry so my husband gave me his fries and they were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out. We ordered our food as a priority and the dasher was super fast to get it to us so it wasn't because of the dasher. The burger has the SMALLEST amount of flame sauce or whatever on it and literally 1 small piece of lettuce. No exaggeration. I got the hotdog and of course there was wayyyy too much ketchup and mustard on it so on the drive over here it was all over the inside of the box. Like everything was 100% rushed. Please know that I am not one to pick apart or call up a restaurant and yell and complain over simple little mistakes but our ENTIRE ordered was screwed up. How hard is it to get an order right? Most of us go to the drive-thru for a reason: we are on the way to something else and want the convenience of getting our food quick so we can get to where we are going. Well the lack of intelligence at DQ prevented us from getting somewhere on time for they screwed up our order, causing us to get out of our vehicle and ask them to fix their mistake. The food seems to be to standard. I would NOT recommend getting there gravy though; seems to be very watery. I always go through the drive through & it seems to take a while but I finally decided to go inside & realized how well the team works together. I tried asking for napkins because my dog threw up in the car, rushed inside for napkins and the employees seen me waiting In line but did not come to me for assistance. I'm literally ready to place my order and they turned the lights out on me. Looking at the time, I am naturally curious about the holiday hours so I pulled around to see what the posted Holiday hours were. Yep. Just as I had imagined. Drive thru open until 8:00PM. You know? I paused and said to myself, these kids have parties to get to and you were there once, you know how it is. And then I realized that had I turned out the lights on someone ready to spend their hard earned money in my bosses establishment... yes sir, FIRED!!! So happy New Years to you as well. If zero stars were a choice that's what this location deserves. Horrible customer service. The girl working the window, Melissa or Melinda was incredibly rude thru the drive thru intercom. Went earlier to scoop up some ice cream with my family. We ordered blizzards with extra candy and a kids size cone but asked for it in a cup. Our total was over $12 and the cone alone was $2.79. There was literally 1/4 of the bowl filled which is a perfect amount for a toddler but we were charged for a sundae and when we asked her about this she told us the price of a sundae and a kids cone were the same. I'm not sure about you but that seems like incorrect information, but she was adamant it's the same. This wasn't some young high school girl but probably a woman in her 30s or 40s who knew it was not right but was too lazy to fix her mistake. My husband told her that seemed ridiculous and she went on to tell us she just works there and she's not the boss. Lovely. Then we had asked for extra heath in the blizzards and there was hardly any at all in there. Now I love some Dairy Queen but I'd rather take my business elsewhere like the blizzard barn and get better quality and quantity for the price. read more
