I've been to this Dairy Queen location before, and unfortunately the same issue keeps happening. The Blizzards are barely mixed it's basically just a cup of vanilla ice cream with a few toppings thrown on top. We ordered an Oreo Blizzard and a Chocolate Brownie one, and both were mostly plain vanilla with the top being the only part with the flavor. Absolutely the worst Dairy Queen I've ever visited. There is always a tremendous queue even when there's only a few total customers. The ice cream is often half melted. The team seems frazzled and overworked. The inside is a logistical nightmare where you can't order food to go in a normal way - you have to get a number and sit down. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 blizzards and two dipped cones. The manager (who was young and doing her very best) was doing 3 jobs at once; register, item delivery, and dealing with customer complaints (as well as kicking out some loitering teens). Whoever manages this franchise needs to be removed and this should be sold to someone who knows what they are doing. Also the interior renovation is like half finished and a mess. read more

The chili dogs are too small and the peanut buster bars are ridiculously huge! Careful with these, one serving is one bar which is about 500 calories and 30g of fat! You have to buy a whole box too which has 6, I can't imagine eating that whole box, and feel like it would be irresponsible to share with other people. I gave the service one star because the chili on the dog was only squirted on the end. It was also delivered without a bag, so the boxes of food had to be placed directly on the ground upon delivery. I went up to order my burger and blizzard and the cashier seemed to be under the influence of marijuana. Once I got my burger and blizzard, I went to my car to eat and as I looked at my burger, I noticed it was covered in this (I'll leave a photo). I went back in to complain and ask what the f*** was on my burger and who was responsible and one of the workers, "Patrick", who also seemed to be under the influence, told me that I was crazy and the burger was fine. He exits car until someone unlocks the door and allows him inside. Two minutes later, the same young man exits the Dairy Queen with a drink holder and multiple containers. (We still haven't moved) He backs up and begins to depart. Someone locks the door behind him. Two or three cars back, the driver engages the young man and inquires if the establishment is open for business, the young man points to the doors and says "yes" and drives off. The car quickly exits the line and park nearest the doors. The occupants (four) quickly discover, the doors are locked and leaves in disgust. When I was provided my order at the drive-up window I informed Ashley that her colleagues act was pretty "shitty". She informed me that she would relay the message to another on duty manager.
