This Dairy Queen seriously need some work. The blizzard should be at least to the top of the cup for $5.29. I even had the lady remake it and it's still below the top of the cup by 1/2 inch or so and runny.

Poor managerial service. Asked for manager after missing item from drive thru. Explained what happened he prints receipt that wasn't mine & even though I tried explaining it wasn't the same last four proceeded to argue. Wanted me to pay for the burger again.

I can hardly ever get those surveys to work for me. Survey codes should be codes, like QR, not 19 digits plus store codes that never seem to be valid. So I'm going this route instead I really wanted a filling meal, including dessert for less than a couple of Lincolns. I was almost successful (see photo ). The 4-piece chicken meal with Texas toast has always been a favorite of mine, and for dessert, a Brownie Dough Blizzard. But the main reason for my rating was the wonderful, friendly, and thoughtful person behind the counter. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. I also noticed that she went out of her way to quiet a fussy child, successfully I might add. The ticket said her initials were S. N. Thank you.

Absolutely one of the best Dairy Queen in Augusta. This place has never let me down yet. The cheesecake blizzard I bought was awesome. I can't wait to try the other limited blizzards. Great food and wonderful service.

Just left Dairy Queen in Grovetown. Opened the food when we got home, and it was horrible. It looked like it had been sitting for hours.

The owner wrote back and ask if I had this flavor at The Armadillo in South Dakota. I had, but had never seen it anywhere else. I was so excited when I got a message saying they were churning Strawberry Butter today and asking me to come taste it and let them know if it they got it right. We stopped by this evening to try it and to my delight, they got it absolutely right! The sweet girls who waited on us said they had been waiting all day for me to come by and gave me the container to enjoy at home. My grandson ordered a Reeses sundae which he proclaimed "better than DQ". My friend Sally from Vermont who loves "a softee" got a vanilla cone and said it may be the best frozen custard she's ever had! The shop is bright and clean. They have walk up window and cute play ice cream parlor for the littles to practice becoming future ice cream makers. Please go by the Meadows and try their delicious frozen custards, gelatos, and Italian ices. They also have some cafe items and are adding nachos to the menu. I need everyone to support them so they can keep making Strawberry Butter!

Keep the car crowd coming; if they like it, they'll be loyal forever. Any group that spends 80% of their marriage in the garage and still buys all OEM parts has spending power! Every visit, the place is clean and staff take pride in it. Your drive-thru crew is incredible have them train in-store sometimes and maybe even spend a day navigating the tarmac in Atlanta. The way they guide cars through that drive-thru without someone running into the building or ending up in the fenced-in dog area at the gas station is pure talent. Usually, there are just a couple of other customers, each enjoying one of the 6 ways to make ice cream without calling it ice cream. Seriously look at the menu: Twisters, milkshakes, freezes, sundaes, cones, and parfaits. Never once, even in the descriptions, is "ice cream" mentioned. That's either the most brilliantly subtle move ever or someone made a bet in 5th grade never to say those words and has been 100% committed ever since. 9/10 everything's perfect inside, and the traffic off that exit is still in its early stages. But you've got to elevate your presence in the community. If they aren't turning in because of that giant half-man, half-cone, half... don't say it... don't say it... ICE CREAM!... character, then get creative with your identity. I promise, in five years you'll hear whispers in the wind that say "Grovetown." So get ready, Foster's Freeze even if you need one more grand grand reopening to make it happen. I stand behind you.

It's not inexpensive but you can certainly taste the quality. I had a scoop of bourbon salted caramel ice cream and a scoop of butterfinger ice cream. They were fantastic! My wife had a scoop of the banana pudding ice cream and a scoop of the coffee crunch. She loved them both. It's a small establishment but for a dessert after a nearby meal, this is definitely worth the effort of driving to. People were friendly and the store was clean. So it wasn't a total surprise to find that they have decided to move to suburban Augusta. The new shopping center they've chosen was otherwise still under construction when I stopped in, but several groups of people had found this place and were shopping for ice cream. I imagine on a nice summer day there will be a line when word gets out. Not a lot of really top end ice cream around here, but this place knows how to infuse flavor. A more caramel and cookie creation complemented my dark and bitter chocolate. The chocolate came with Andes mints inside, which sounded nice but honestly could hardly be tasted because the flavor of the ice cream itself was so strong. Premium local ice cream isn't cheap, but here I did get a heaping portion size as I watched more flavors being created in the back of the shop.

These flavors actually taste like the fruit and not overly sweet in any way. There's a topping station that covers anything from fruits, smashed cookies, gummies, or even variety of syrups. I personally like the small bubbles that pop in your mouth mixed with some mini gummy bears. Price is scaled by the weight of the cup you choose. So do be mindful of how much ice cream you pull out. Typically don't snack at the spot though despite it being plenty of room. It's usually crowded with high schoolers or groups of young kids that are just loud, so hard to relax and have a conversation. Last time I went there, one group of young boys played a prank of a group of young girls and it became too high energy for me to sit there. Overall, great dessert place, highly recommend!

As a parent I went to the establishment with the director of my daughter daycare to speak with owner. Please do not patronize this establishment because obviously our money wasn't good enough to get respect or even the decency of how this could be prevented if it was to happen again.
