The staff was friendly and helpful, once I finally got my order placed. The ice cream we got was good. So why a 2-star rating? This DQ had one of the slowest drive-thru lines I've ever been in. It took approximately 15 minutes for 5 cars. That's absurd - really terrible. In addition, the facility is run down, the drive-thru lane has the ordering speaker in a poor place (awkward as you can't quite get to the place to order until there are only two cars ahead of you, and then you're still three feet short of the right spot, so you have to wait until there's only the car being served and the car ahead of you waiting for pickup). The parking lot is poorly laid out with people in the drive-thru blocking exit from the parking lot (which is signed, but you can't see it until you're already past the place they want you to turn). This is a great casual spot if you're in the mood for fast food. They have a good variety of food but mainly known for their ice creams, blizzards, or frozen treats. We went to the location in Gulfport near the CB base off pass road and 49. They have another location in D'Iberville I believe? Not only they have a cooler full frozen treats and ice cream cakes. For grab and go. If you don't see what you want. You may order the one you want. It may take a few days and you must pay before or after tho. I was not that hungry, but Marco was very helpful and great asset to them! Great service and fat turn around time. He suggested I get the soft pretzels as a snack. It was very tasty but a bit too salty and buttery. I brushed off the salt on it and tasted way better when I dipped it in the cheese sauce. We also ordered the the cheeseburger meal deal for $7. Great value. The ice cream Sunday is excellent. The burger was good. Typical cheeseburger at fast food place. The fries are good but had better in my opinion. Typical soda fountain drink (Coke). They did not have the cake we wanted to get so we ordered a strawberry cheesecake 10" round cake. Recommend it if you are in the area but don't go out of your way to go here tho. Huge fan of their blizzards. Nuked burgers are ok sometimes. Their sundaes are pretty good also.

Dear Owner, Why do you send out coupons if your employees are complete asses when they get used. The first time we used a BOGO was fine- the lady at the window allowed us to get one size larger and we paid the difference. Even then we laughed at how you were like 'coupon Natzie's' lol. We have been there a few times since and the coupon was scrutinized once again. Tonight we used a new BOGO and when we handed the coupon to the person at the window she took it and after three people looked at it she came back to the window and said we couldn't order a large and a medium. 'You need to order 2 mediums'. My boyfriend asked her to just charge us the difference like you did last time. (The large blizzard was sitting there already made) After a look of confusion she said ' I don't Know if we do that'. Okay- my boyfriend offered to pay once again and then said fine give us two mediums and hell if y'all didn't throw that large away and make a new one. A smaller one and a free one. No up-sell. Waste of food. Waste of time. You are complete idiots. This restaurant and the staff are very unprofessional. I placed an order yesterday and after I was given a receipt WITHOUT my change, I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she closed the window and walked to the back, came back to the window and said, "we looked at the tape and it shows that I gave you your change." The supervisor, Joe comes out and says, I looked at the tape and she gave you the change for your order." I informed him that I had two separate orders and then he says, "oh you had two orders..." My family and I love going to Dairy Queen for Blizzards. During the summer, we go at least once a week. However, after the past few horrible visits, we won't be going back. Our order is never right. We pay extra for extra ingredients and they are never included. Such a shame. read more

Probably one of my favorite fast-food places to get a burger. Love their onion rings. Staff is always friendly. Also enjoy their chicken strip and steak finger baskets with their white gravy. Can't beat the chocolate malt... but, no whipped cream or cheery, please, I'm a purist. Worst service I have ever had. My husband and I, along with our two year old, got dinner in the drive-thru last night. First of all, my husband couldn't understand a thing the girl was saying and I basically had to translate. It's hard enough to hear over the speakerphone, so please don't mumble. Secondly, you would've thought this girl had no will to live she was so miserable. She never gave us a total, even when she took our card for payment, she never told us how much it was or even a hello or have a good night. She only spoke to us when we asked her questions, like when we asked if the burger we ordered was plain she basically bit our heads off, as well as when we asked about a military discount. I literally felt like the happiness was sucked from my soul just by interacting with her. Bottom line, the food was fine, which is the only reason I gave stars, but that chick needs to be fired or paid to be a decent human being. Service awful! Manager tries to be nice, but no facial expression, no welcoming attitude, empathy... Nothing. Purchase chicken sandwich... Took a bit and was rubber...
