Literally pulled up to the drive through, the automated speaker person was very chipper and asked how they could help, however when we tried to order and ask a question no one spoke, no one told us to hold a moment, no one did anything. It was over an hour before their closing time, yet we waited and sat there only for no one to ever help us. I am writing to say that it does seem to be a bit cleaner. I can say in the daytime you can get your food a little more efficiently but at night I came by around 6 pm and my chicken tenders were still good. I have been used to the tenders being a little bit old tasting but it was good to go. read more

I asked for a mini fudge and brownie blizzard but for some reason it also came with oreos??? I said it was ok because I do like oreos but it ended up not tasting as good as the bites I got where I just had brownie and fudge. Also they just kind of slid our stuff out instead of calling us up and having us come get it. I would've been really annoyed it someone had grabbed my food by accident because of that. read more

I have been here four times in the past four weeks and every time they are rude to me and give me the same response of there's people inside it'll be 10 minutes before I can take your order or I can only serve ice cream right now, or I'm not taking orders right now with an absolutely terrible attitude. this place needs to just shut down. read more

If I could give this location a negative review I would. I tried to give y'all another chance. The manager really needs to be here at night. I Ms. Pettigrew doesn't see the foolishness that goes on her and communication lack there of at this location. It's 9:30pm and they closed down. On the door and online it says 10:30pm. I'm taking this to corporate this time. Waste of time and gas to sit in a line of 7-9 cars and not be served. Poor management, customer service, and complete waste of time. read more

I have never had worse service and lousier food in my life. The staff was rude, and just pretty much had a do not care attitude. I always feel like restaurants deserve a second chance but the last time was the final straw. I ordered a blizzard and it was like they reused a cup from before, it was falling apart and had ice cream on the side of it. It was at the drive thru so I didn't notice it right away. I have been to the DQ on N Highland three times in the last 6 weeks at various times and EVERY time has been a disaster. One day I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes. Tonight, I stood at the counter several minutes before I even saw an employee (it was 7:45pm). She then had no idea how to answer any of my questions about the menu or the ice cream cakes. The manager was no more help. Finally, $44 later, I had what I hope will at least be a good ice cream cake because the meal I got for my husband wasn't what I ordered and wasn't something he could eat because it was a spicy version. I didn't want to drive the eight miles back to go to jail for being obnoxious to staff. I'll spare myself the angst and never go back to this particular DQ. read more
