This establishment needs new management immediately if it wants to survive. We were there at 3pm. Between rushes. Only a few other customers in there at the time. Trash all over. Not a single table was clean. We cleaned one ourselves to eat on. Drinks spilled all over. Mold on the ice machine. Nobody in front of me and still took forever to get service. It's a damn shame because it's a cute place and the food actually isn't bad but I wouldn't be comfortable eating here again ever. read more

First time at a cook out restaurant. This location was absolutely filthy. I had to go get paper towels and soap from the bathroom to clean a table to sit at. I should've walked out immediately but didn't. It took several minutes before a worker ever acknowledged us to order and then he was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. The entire restaurant including bathrooms were disgusting. Several people walked out after waiting to order after us and never being acknowledged. The ice/drink machines were covered in mildew/mold. I usually do not make a review unless it was just terrible first I waited for a long time in the drive thru which I thought was reasonable since they're good is usually fresh and they make sure your order is correct no matter what but l was so disappointing I can't even put it into words. I always get me and my uuband a tray of chicken fingers and double up on chicken quesadillas with extra sauce and I trust they get my order right because they never mess it up and the girl was so nice honestly but I drove home which is about an hour away but I work at longhorn so it wasn't out of my way but I live in Huntingdon and I came home and one tray didn't have any quesadillas and the two we did get don't even have chicken in them and I went to call the place to see if I could get a voucher or something because I'm not driving all the way back out there for this but I was getting sent straight to voicemail not even a single ring or going on hold like the number is disconnected but seriously $40 worth of food and nothing was right it was just so disappointed that I will never give this place our business again and that's serious because I have gone to this cookout for years since I was a kid but it's been gradually going downhill over time and this is by far been the worst but no I can't with this crap like seriously the managers need to step up and stop hiring people who don't want to do a little work. read more

My family came to sit down and enjoy one of our favorite restaurants and this by far has been our worst experience ever. We spent almost $50 for food that was below average. My sister did not get all the food she was supposed to have then her burger was burnt. My burger did not have the correct ingredients on there. My brother got the wrong chicken on his sandwich. The employees were extremely rude, and one even said "they don't pay me enough to work here". First off, I want to say I LOVE cookout which is why I was so disappointed and felt the need to write this. Cookout is great but once you hit about 9 or 10 pm it goes to crap. It's SO slow! I literally just pulled up in the drive thru (11:30) and waited for 20 minutes and never got my order. I put in my order within 2 minutes of pulling up. About normal, no issue. But then we were at a total stand still. Me and 5 other cars that I could see were in a complete parking lot. No exchange with the car in front of me or anything. I finally left, went to McDonald's, and ordered and got my food in less than half that time. Do better cookout because I really was craving some white cheddar cheese bites and you let me down.
