Our waitress was attentive, checked on us often, and kept our pop refills coming without us ever having to ask. Our food arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. The burgers were large, juicy, and had some creative topping combinations. I ordered one topped with a fried egg, expecting the yolk to add richness like it usually does on a burger, but the egg was completely cooked through with no runny yolk at all, so it didn't really add much. Overall, I found the burgers to be underseasoned. They looked great, but the flavor was a little flat and could have used more seasoning. The waffle fries were crispy and probably my favorite part of the meal. I also ordered a side of cheese sauce to dip them in, but it was so thick and gelatinous that I couldn't even get a fry into it, which was disappointing. We also ordered the corned beef egg rolls, which were very greasy. The outside was crispy, but the wrapper was thick and a bit doughy inside. The house-made ranch, however, was excellent and paired well with the fries. For three burgers, one appetizer, three pops, and about a $100 bill, I expected the food to wow me a little more. It wasn't bad by any means, I just wasn't as impressed as I expected based on all the rave reviews. If the food had a little more seasoning and the egg rolls, cheese sauce, and overall execution were improved, I'd enjoy it much more.
