By far the worst Dairy Queen ever. Ordered a cake. Wasn't ready so sat in an empty restaurant waiting for the simple writing on top. While waiting, the employees were yelling, using language that would make a sailor blush, and basically horsing around. What else would you do with no customers and an empty parking lot? I'd be afraid to order any food what wasn't prepackaged. I will never go back. read more

Guy in the taking orders was one of the rudest food service workers I have ever seen. Yelled at my roommate for her order, then talked about how rude we were for not laughing when he said everyone in the building should leave. Continued on with how much gluttony Laramie is filled with, and how stuck up we were. So disappointed! read more

Food was great. Service was great. 1000x better than Sonic in everyway. Happy DQ has kept up the standard they are known for.

HORRIBLE experience every single time. half of it is the shops fault but this most recent time i went in and got cut twice. left and came back a second time and got cut twice again. the second group that cut me knew the guy working so they came in and stood behind me but proceeded to cut and put their order in with their friend and the worker took their order. i had been in and waited for too long to not ever get helped. terrible business and customer service. i would never come here again. read more

Ordering our food was easy and the guy on the register was very nice. We found our table and put our number down. We then waited about 20 minutes for our food. We had to go up there and ask about it. Then about 3 minutes it was brought to our table. It wasnt too packed. It could have been cleaner. There was food on the floors and some tables were dirty. The chicken tenders were over cooked and very dry. The cheese curds were good. The bacon burger was good, but too much lettuce. I might suggest this location, but not postive. read more

Just went to Dairy Queen to get dinner. At the pick up window the guy handed me my sundae and closed the window. I tried to get hos attention and then finally raised my voice and asked for a drink tray. He came back and handed my my first box of food and I asked if I could have a sack. He said you will get a bag when your burger comes. I shook my head and took the box. He closed the window and then came back with the bag for the box handed it out to me and closed the window. When my burger came out he handed the bag to me and closed the window. When I got home I opened the chicken strip box and discovered NO FRIES! NOT EVEN A THANK YOU OR A SMILE. Very polite and accommodating employee when we visited. We were just driving through and I had forgotten (or maybe this is new since I last lived there) that the drive thru opens an hour before the dining room. We stopped on a long trip to get out of the car and the employee came out to greet us and took our order rather than making us get back in the car and go through the drive thru. He also wiped down an outside table for us (it wasn't dirty but I still very much appreciate the quick sanitize & wipe down and was overall just a very polite person who seemed to genuinely want to help and make our visit comfortable and pleasant which is excellent customer service, especially for a fast food place. The food was... eh, it's DQ so it was about what I expect from there, good enough but not amazing, but it was hot (we got burgers and fries) and fresh. read more

Um whoa... we're pretty laid-back, but this place sucked. We ordered a vanilla shake and a chocolate dipped cone... the vanilla shake had butterfinger and cheesecake in it (like the machine hadn't been cleaned between making other shakes), and the chocolate dip on the cone had napkin embedded in it and it was dripping melted ice cream when they handed it to me. Next time someone asks if I want Dairy Queen in Laramie I'll pass. read more

This place is so bad. Has to be one of the SLOWEST fast food establishments in the nation. Every time I come here, the drive thru line is extended out into the street and has taken 30+ minutes just to order some ice cream. Then another 20+ minutes just to receive it. I've visibly seen workers inside the kitchen standing around, doing absolutely nothing. A couple times I've seen them eating food in the kitchen instead of taking care of the 10+ cars in line. Going inside isn't any faster, either. Been coming here for 3 years now and nothing has improved. Absolutely ludicrous wait times. When will the ownership and management get it? read more

The management is absolutely horrible yelling at the employees like it's their fault that people are leaving. Yes they are short staffed because of poor management. Employees crying and wanting to throw in the towel because they get yelled at when they are doing there job it's hard to do a job if managers are threatening a write up when employees doing there job and customers yelling as well. I would get a new manager. Or the manager needs to figure it out. read more

Our sports team of 14 people came in after a meet and from the moment we walked in the staff had given us nasty looks because we were a sports team. The lady running the register had taken our orders with no enthusiasm. Some of is had gotten our food and we all waited very patiently for our ice creams. We could clearly see our ice cream sitting on the counter melting so most of us stood up to go get it and the same lady that took our order yelled at us that she was going to hand is our ice cream and to sit back down. After awhile she called all of us back up to hand us the ice cream and every single one of them was melted. She was clearly angry and said she would remake them. As we walked back to our seats we could hear her curse out our team multiple times. After still waiting for the rest of our food and ice cream the manager came out and gave us the rest of our food and remade our ice cream and said she had talked to that employee after our coach had made a complaint. 10/10 would NEVER come back! read more
