Never, ever have I ever had an old box of food from any Dairy Queen, and I travel 9 months out of the year! Very disgusting and disappointing food and service. We sat in the drive-thru for 5 extra minutes for old, soggy onion rings, old, hard chicken, and cold, buttered bread that's not toasted. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is needed. Just called and spoke with Ashley, and she wants to argue that the bread isn't toast at all, like I think, and she cooked it herself! Then went on to tell me about the chicken strips, when and how they're cooked. I'm 43 years old, and they thought I was a young girl in the drive-thru with my white husband because I look very youthful! I said, instead of you trying to defend vs. solve the issue here, tell me enough. They saw I was "black" and said, "Let's give her whatever." I am on the phone with my bank to dispute the food portion/chicken basket. I've eaten one chicken strip out of the box. I have a bachelor's in business administration. I will be escalating this to a higher level of management. Ashley needs unpaid training (CE) on running a business and properly managing a customer complaint. I'm very disgusted with racism in today's society; this food isn't acceptable to me. I honestly feel like they got a laugh out of this. She got really quiet once I cut her off and said, "You know, instead of you debating with me vs trying actually to correct the problem..." I will be calling, posting, and disputing this charge with my bank. I kindly told her to have a nice day and hung up. I'm not debating about my food; you ppl intentionally and knowingly messed up. It would be different if the food were free. Some people actually work hard for their money vs being a lazy, racist, miserable, sick mgr/ employee on someone else's clock, stealing money, and not doing absolutely anything correct to your job description. The manager, Ashley, prepared the box and bread as she stated. Very concerning! very. Update with the responding manager to my post! This wasn't a resolution: I will be contacting a lawyer because racism still lives among many people. This is such a sick act of racism, and I will treat it as such. Thanks, but no thanks. I feel like they did more to my food out of racism. And that's the truth. After eating the chicken strip, I felt sick to my stomach, along with diarrhea, and I still do not feel well. I door dashed here yesterday for me and my bf for dinner. We had gotten 2 chicken tender boxes, a small cheese curd and 2 of their firework cream drinks. Dasher arrives. Gives us our drinks and our cheese curds. We call DQ and tell them that we're missing our 2 chicken tender boxes one with a side of onion rings, they tell us that we should come and get it. Mind you isn't that the point of DoorDash is to get your food ordered to your house if you have no car. "Yeah well, I don't think there anything we could do for you then." If you messed up my order it is your responsibility to remake it or offer a different meal. We then proceed to ask if you had the rest of order their waiting for our dasher and the employee says yes. If you don't know how to deal with customers and remaking their food, you should prolly be fired. Even after that, they forgot his onion rings that he paid extra for and ALL of our sauce packets. Like someone else said nothing special bread was fresh over all. we ordered 3 sub all 3 were skimp on toppings two pieces of meat on a ham n cheese half sub is diabolical on a small steak barely too little meat for the bread. I haven't been inside. I have used the drive thru on multiple occasions. The service is always friendly and efficient. I am addicted to the fried cheese curd! This time I stopped for the dreamcicle orange dipped vanilla cone, new this spring! It was awesome so were the curds. Now I have multiple addictions at Dairy Queen.
