I buy a seafood sub at the Malone Jrecks about once a month. I know the taste and texture extremely well and it's the only place I will order this sub because I know the quality is consistent. Just picked one up after work and it's all I can do to eat it. I could tell it was different when the clerk scooped the seafood salad out of the bin onto the roll and it didn't hold its shape. It was all mayo and barely any seafood. The scoop was also smaller so you get even less. The seafood itself is rubbery and tasteless. If the company made such changes to save money, it is having the opposite effect because I won't be going back. I am heartbroken. I really loved this sub. read more

Subs are alright, service horrible, you want to deal with rolling eyes and an attitude. This is the place. There's a cross eye boy there that rolls his eyes more than a prissy little girl. All they usually hire is snotty little entitled brats. Don't bother going in at 9 that's when they start to close up when they close at 10, that's when you receive the deluxe treatment. I called to get there names and the brat wouldn't give me his name, he had a shity attitude on the phone also. Plenty of sub shops around, I'll never go back to this one. read more

Service here is the absolute best! Sub rolls are always fresh and always a special roll of the month along with white or wheat. Soups and chili are good. Large selection of subs, salads and appetizers. So far we've been happy with everything we have ordered. Loyal JRECK customer. read more

Even though they say the roles haven't been changed, they have from the original recipe and they are terrible. Very little meat and very high prices. I've been there twice thinking that the first time was a mistake with the role but now I can clearly see that the role has been changed and it is not any better than any other sub shop out there so for my money I will definitely be going to other places other than jrecks which is sad because it actually used to be my favorite place to go. I wish they would not flat out lied to me about the roles. read more

Stopped by there to only see an employee improperly wearing a mask, right under his nose, phase 2 of reopening. Walked in and walked right out. Place does not care enough to protect their customers. Notmally I am a huge fan of Jrecks and their salads but not worth the risk. So go at your own risk. read more

The subs are the best. You are in and out. I only gave it a 3 star rating because when you call in an order and they are busy they don't have a person answering the phone to take orders. This is a loss of income to this place. And then we go elsewhere to eat. read more

We grab a sub from here quite frequently. They have many hot and cold options. My go to is the grilled chicken. Their toppings are always cold and fresh and they move the line very quickly.
