Don't expect much from this location. If possible, use the drive thru, as the inside is usually not very clean. They are pretty good with having your order prompt and correct if the speaker works. When exiting the drive thru, make sure you don't hit the small diagonal concrete embankment that they put right after the drive thru window. Okay, the fries were decent. Everything else... not even close. We came through the drive thru and ordered 2 4 piece chicken strip baskets with two sodas and a caramel moolatte. The chicken was pretty bland. The ranch saved it. Fries, pretty decent. Sodas, meh, they're sodas. Now on to the two points I sincerely had a problem with: The bread. Oh my god. SWIMMING in butter. It was like eating a piece of butter by itself. My biggest issue: the moolatte. There were huge chunks of ice still in the drink (pictures to come). No flavor. Just bland. We've been in the drive thru waiting for well over 10 mins for a shake and blizzard. We've repeated our 5 times, 3 times at the speaker, twice once we drove up to the window. No apologises or explanation as to why it was taking so long, why the lady at the window had our card for 5 mins while we waited for our 2 items. My 'chocolate extreme ' blizzard is completely vanilla on the inside, and as I've ordered this before, that's not how is supposed to be, hence the name. Husband's milkshake was more milk than anything else, it was pure liquid. How much do these ingredients cost that you have to skimp on them so badly? Total time: around 16 mins. Service was a bit slow, but there was only one lady working, they also had some repairs going on in the building, it was good overall though. I like these types of dairy queens because there tucked away in a corner from their glory days. So, we went through the drive-thru and it was already taking forever to get through the line. There weren't many cars, it was just taking forever for people to order. We found out why. The lady doing the drive-thru (Aliraza Momin) could not comprehend even what frozen hot chocolate was. Extremely unskilled at even the simplest tasks and every order had to be repeated multiple times. She was not competent at all to be communicating with people and we could not understand her in the slightest. We also asked for a raspberry fudge blizzard and she said they did not have it which was fine but then she said "is cherry fine?" and of course we said yes because we thought the raspberry would be substituted fr a cherry blizzard of some sort. Such a disappointment. We have given this location 4 chances at different times (shifts) . 3 drive thru- 1 dine in. And every time the same results. They are NOT generous with the toppings, although you pay extra. Blizzards are never mixed thoroughly, sundaes are melted, and they never give napkins!!! We have to ask for napkins! It's always messy and all over the sides of the cups. My expectations are never high for DQ, but the lack of toppings is ridiculous! I've never been to this Dairy Queen, but i will not return. I came here today because I am a fan of DQ, but I was far away from my neighborhood one. As soon as I walked in, I could tell it was not well taken care of. It was dirty and dusty and smelled... odd. I should have walked out then. While i was (reluctantly) eating my blizzard (which was not even fully mixed), I was watching the workers go about their job. I work in the restaurant industry and am always curious about other places; suddenly I hear a woman (who i assume to be a manager) YELLING at a young lady who was working drive thru. This woman was making an absolute scene!! It was completely unprofessional. I never noticed anything wrong, the young lady was simply doing her job. Now, I don't know the backstory. Maybe she's new, maybe she's been there for months. But there is NO EXCUSE to be that unprofessional in an establishment. Went to this location on the 4th of July and quickly realized it was a mistake. My wife ordered a moo latte and was enjoying it until it completely sprung a leak due to the fact that they punctured the cup while mixing it. To add insult to injury, all tables in the restaurant were dirty and the employees lacked any personal hygiene, especially the manager who looked like she just finished grooming a cat!!! Bought lunch for myself and my child. Immediately noticed my burger (bun and all) was scorching hot and my daughters grilled cheese was hard and rubbery. I went to counter and asked if they were microwaving the food and the told me that is how they reheat it after they cook it. I explained that if it was fresh it doesn't need reheating. Horrible customer service. Don't blame the employees, blame management. Did not get order correctly. Asked for a #5, got a #1 disguised as a #5 even after two employees told me it was a #5. Got a Kids meal and was charged an extra fee. Told the prices are programmed on the register. I guess another way for DQ to get more money out of customers that don't pay attention how much they were charged. When I spoke with the manager (Indian lady, go figure) she gave me $.64 back. I asked for a free blizzard for all my issues and she told me that I could, then tried to charge me for it. When I asked if it was supposed to be free she told me that I could get it discounted. On our way home to Indianapolis and decided to stop at Dairy Queen, as we walked in I overlooked the buckets catching water that was dripping from the roof and not to mention it was by far the worst food I've ever eaten.
