Guess what they've been advertising for weeks... cupcakes. And guess what they never have... cupcakes. False advertising and staff that makes you feel stupid for asking for the cupcakes they're advertising. Never going back here. I would not recommend. The employee did not have access to refund my money and told me she would let manager know. I have heard nothing from the manager nor a refund. May partially be a training issue as well because there's one girl in particular seems to always need assistance. I only go for treats, but they are always great! I went with family on a Thursday, walk-in, during lunch. It was fairly quiet when we got there, but we waited a good 15 minutes before we were served. We didn't wait too long for food, and it was hot and fresh when we got it. Their burgers and fries are definitely a step up from what I remember. The reason I took 2 stars off is just the quality of service, but I understand that they are short-staffed. I'm a pretty patient person, so I'm not upset about it, but we did have to go to the counter twice to get some ketchup and milk that we didn't get with the kid's meal. A cone with the little chocolate swirl on the top that you can bite off and slowly eat the vanilla ice cream with the hard chocolate exterior. The strawberry shakes are my dads favorite. The line is ALWAYS long. My typical DQ Blizzard is not on the menu and the staff at this location has not seemed to learn about those options yet. Or maybe other DQs just spoiled me. This is a busy location that is either struggling to find staff who can support the volume of business or it is poorly run. I suspect a bit of both. After 20 minutes in the drive through line, I approached the kiosk to order and was informed they were behind on mobile orders and it would be 20-30 minutes of additional waiting for a single blizzard. Candidly this was a second try after a recent (two weeks prior) similarly bad experience inside the restaurant. Best to avoid this location entirely. read more

I am sitting in an extremely long drive-through line a second time because they did not include my daughter's meal during our first trip. They even checked the receipt that it was included ... we called and they said to come get it, along with a voucher for a free meal next time. There won't be a next time for me at least. I don't have time for two trips and waiting in long lines (inside is locked). As for my chicken strip and onion rings meal, the rings this time were burnt and half the amount as just a week ago. A week ago, one of the best I have ever had. Today, one of the worst. Fast food needs to be consistent. This is just mediocre young children's quality food, to be honest. When I got to the window, the manager said they would just write down my name for the future free meal. I said no, I need something in writing. She instead refunded the entire $29.95 order. Okay ... DQ went way above and beyond on our birthday cake! I ordered the cake and had a lot of writing to put on it, more than I was allowed online. I also got the pickup date wrong... So I called and spoke with a nice lady who patiently took my order number, correct date, and what I wanted the cake to say. We discussed the color of the icing and letters; that's it. When I picked up the cake, VOILA!! It was just amazing! What a spectacular detailed job they did on the flowers, lettering, and sprinkles; it was stunning. I got a dipped cone and it wasn't fully dipped. I had a rewards for a free 4 piece chicken basket and showed it to the employee and she still charged me for the whole thing. She wouldn't stop talking about how tired she was and how she won't get out till later. Then I got my food...only got 3 small tenders. No toast. AND I payed extra for two sauces and didn't get them. Then when I went to tell her about my issue I waited in a long line. she said she couldn't do anything except give me sauce. read more

Came to this location 3 times and each time both me and my boyfriend's blizzards were wrong. Got a choco dipped strawberry blizzard and basically got vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce, and it didn't taste good at all. My boyfriend ordered a royal new cheese cake blizzards we waited inside for it for what felt like 30-40 mins until we finally asked about it and they said they didn't have the graham cracker crust so they couldn't make it. We said just make without the graham cracker and it would be fine, they said ok. We then waited for another 20ish minutes for nothing to come out. We asked them again and they gave us the same answer on how they couldn't make it. We told them that we just had the conversation of how they could make it without the one ingredient, finally after another long wait (with how busy and popular it is for some reason) they finally brought it out. For it to not really be that good, and other weird toppings in it. Staff seemed to have an attitude about every request. And was pretty slow considering how much staff they have now. I think this location needs QA and lots of it. Food is inconsistent and often orders are filled wrong. I understand that it's hard to find staff right now, but something tells me when the Culver's opens across the road they will no longer need to worry about staff because they will no longer have any. The previous reviews about burnt onion rings and half empty ice cream cups is spot on. This location is less than a year old and it will not make it another year is my guess. read more

This is the closest DQ to where I live and I have tried to go several times this summer. The line is long and slow and several times I have been told after waiting in line that they are no longer serving because they close soon. Last night I had a young worker explain that they were short staffed and she was sending people away since they were behind on orders. This was 20 min before they closed. I was the 5th car she sent away and there were others behind me. Also they have REALLY early closing hours for an ice cream place in the summer! I've decided not to waste my time even trying anymore and just go straight to another location instead. read more
